Just left the bank & had an amazing experience with a young man with African heritage. I so sorry about not remembering his name, but he was so very professional & on point. Thanks for your professional assistance

The folks at our local Wells Fargo are very nice. However, don’t try to call and speak to a live person. I tried for 30 minutes. I was disconnected twice. Even the 800 person said he would transfer me to my local bank, but then hung up. I went round and round the prompts again, even on the “direct line” to my local bank. I give up. We have over 100k in this band and should be able to speak to a banker when necessary.

Went to talk to a banker about an issue with one of my accounts, ignored by banker. Never seen that at a Wells Fargo before.

Cocoa King was my banker and she assisted me and answered all my questions. She definitely has a friendly demeanor and helped me after I had a bad experience at another bank. Need more people like that who listen and help solve problems for customers.

Absolutely incredible customer service! The Manager and all other tellers at the window are so incredibly helpful. Even more amazing, they were incredibly positive both with me and with each other. I had a rather tedious request and they all pitched in to help out. I even overheard encouraging phrases amongst them like "We got you! I wouldn't leave you hanging" when another teller came over to assist my teller with my request. Can't say any other time I've left such a typically mundane transaction with a smile on my face, but I sure did and look forward to returning to this location for literally any other banking need.

I cannot say enough good things about Wendy. We came to her with about a dozen questions and she was happy to help us find solutions for each one that work for us. She was even able to help with questions that have stumped other bankers I had worked with in the past. She was incredibly helpful and patient, and I am extremely confident that we are in good hands when we bank with her!

I had a business appointment with a Mr Shane Thomas and admittedly I was 17mins late with an appt. we schedule between 9:30-10a (so is that considered late???) and though I called to inform I was running behind no one was answering, the automatic recorder indicated all reps were busy. I get there at exactly 9:47a & I'm greeted by the friendly young lady and I inform her I have an appt with Mr Thomas and she informs me he stepped out but he'll be right back...great thanks! 10mins into my wait Mr. Jenkins, comes over and apologizes for my wait time but Shane is on his way back, no problem I say because I was late. Now its 10:15 Mr. Jenkins comes back and tells me he talk to Shane and he will be here in 10mins and apologizes again. In the meantime I decided to have a conversation with Mr. Jenkins regarding my mortgage and 10:27a a gentleman comes in and approaches the desk I'm at with Mr. Jenkins, Mr. Jenkins introduces us and tells me he will have my information by the time I'm done. Well, it was off to a bad beginning just in Mr. Thomas demeanor. There was no greeting, of any kind. I had to ask where to go (as where we going sit), we go into a office and he says how can I help you (you know when someone does not even want to be bothered) & that's exactly the vibe he gave. So I say I want to know the different options Wells Fargo offer for businesses. First, he quickly runs through 3. I asked which one offers no maintenance/service fees... he's response none. So I ask for a brochure of each because I'm a visual person and wanted to select one that of course benefits my company...he looks says we dont have any what questions do you have..so we go over alll 3 again this time Im writing down all the benefits...well long behold there are some benefits that can prevent maintenance fees. So options 1& 2 would work. So somewhere in this appt he makes a comment about you know when people make appts and dont show up I have other things or appts...my response was well ok well I'm here and I called but couldn't get through and I had to reiterate that when we spoke I said between 930- 10. You sent the invite request for 930. Well enough said this is not going to work that stopped me from putting my money here and now I was steaming although WF is not my primary bank where my funds are but I do have other accounts here and was ready to close all of them, refinance my mortgage from them. I texted my mother to say we are closing all of your accts, my uncle, my brothers and my son accts. I came with the intentions of opening and depositing 20k in the business acct today. I dont know if they make commissions off accts, but not today not with me. So I went to Capital one where I really didnt want to go but thanks to Mr. Jenkins for such a pleasant and an awesome customer service experience this morning kept me from closing all the other accts. He really displayed what professionalism is all about. Wells Fargo should know and be proud to have a dedicated member amongst them advertising and driving their brand amongst their customers. I know all dont share the same enthusiasm, but I sure wish Mr. Jenkins was the business rep I was meeting with today. I'm in the customer service industry as well and I work with clients all day, my first priority is making sure they are ok in every way. If It was me i would have called after 10-15mins to check to make sure the client was ok and still coming or not. (just apart of good customer service) So Thanks Mr. Joseph Jenkins....you're AWESOME!!!! ( I'm going post another one just on his Customer service he deserves 5 stars) I've also sent this to Mr. Sloan, WF President & Mr Stumpf, WF CEO. Thanks Tracina Leake President LeakInvestments Group LLC

The 5 stars is for Wendy! I have visited several times over the past few months for personal finance reasons and she is my go-to banker for any problem I have. In a world where customer service is subpar, I'm glad that there are those who actually prioritize the customer and who are professional, yet alone friendly! Thanks Wendy!!!!!
