A modern bank without all the trappings of a typical branch but still knowledgeable and helpful staff. Ms Taye (sp?) and Ricardo were present and very helpful in assisting with intl wire transfers. She also explained the discrepancy between deposits of cashiers vs personal checks where with the former bank to bank calls are typical yet the latter a quick scan can confirm if issues exist. Lines are short. It’s small but friendly and convenient. They will help save you money and walk you through online transactions if you have issues or just need peace of mind and reassurance. Thank you!

It's alway something at this ATM machine. Working or not working. I used my card to get into the door, it's not working. Such an inconvenience.I'm definitely switching banks next month.

I just want to say this was one of the best experiences I ever had with a business. Honestly, I was losing hope with Wells Fargo until I met with Riccardo at the Navy Yard location. He was extremely professional, very attentive & thorough. He made SURE I understood everything before moving into the next task. Customer service was immaculate, definitely 10/10 for him. All my banking needs were executed and truly appreciate the experience. Thank you!

Recently stopped by this location for an issue I was having with my account. The representative that assisted me was Tynisha. SHE WAS WONDERFUL!!! Very sweet, professional and helpful. I came in as a walk in, with no appointment and she was able to take me with the spare 15-20mins she had between appointments to successfully solve my account issue. 10/10 experience and so relieved all was fixed.

Review for Adrian: Extremely poor experience. Jess was rude and has terrible customer service skills. Rodney the manager(?) asked to speak with me after the game regarding my experience as I expressed our suboptimal start to being at Adrian’s yet I wanted to spend my time enjoying the game. I asked staff if he was still there at the end of the game…he was no where to be find. The only saving Grace was the bartender. I wouldn’t waste the time or spend for subpar service.

Received awesome assistance from on site consultant Riccardo. Visit included updating account owners, as well as a complicated car sale transaction process - he made it all much more seamless than was expected. Appreciative of all the help!

I am not sure why WF bothered building this worthless little half-bank. Two ATMs and an employee who was very nice, but ultimately not able to do the fairly basic thing I went in for. They have no tellers and no bankers, so don't come in here expecting any service that can't be performed at an ATM, or by using the WF app or calling them.
