This location constantly, consistently only have one cashier at the register. Resulting in long, tedious lines and checkouts. The employees could care less about efficient service: Avoid if you can!!!!

Closed at 830 on Saturday. Their own sign says open til 10.

Wouldn’t recommend. I walked up to a worker at a register where she told me rudely she was not open, another woman behind me on line seconds later walks up to the same worker and suddenly the worker decided to open the register 🤷🏻♀️ I would recommend getting over priced water somewhere else

I visited Walgreens recently and had a mixed experience. While I understand the importance of health and safety, I found it surprising that everyone was still wearing masks in 2024. It felt a bit out of place given the current circumstances.
Additionally, the store was sold out of a lot of items I needed, which was quite disappointing. It seems like inventory management could use some improvement. Overall, my visit didn't meet my expectations, and I hope to see some changes next time.

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at this Walgreens. The store was supposed to be open until 10 PM, but when I arrived at 6 PM, it was already closed. This was really inconvenient, as I made a special trip to get some important items that I needed. This situation has made Walgreens seem unreliable to me. If I can't count on the store to be open during its posted hours, I'll have to consider other options in the future. I hope Walgreens addresses this issue promptly.

No idea why the Union Station Walgreens is closed on a busy Sunday night. Tried calling. No answer. No sign on the door but the hours say they are open until 10 pm. Lights are on but no one is home! A lot of people walked away!

For a pharmacy in downtown DC where space is at a premium, and especially in Union Station, this is rather large with a good selection.

Super convenient in union station and large selection, but they had a single cashier (no self checkout) and a line of almost 50 people. Ridiculous.
