Waiting 15 minutes for the staff member to unlock the cabinet with no luck? After chasing down somebody I was rudely told to press the button - like I haven’t been doing that already. Finally 5 minutes later somebody came down while texting a friend giggling to themselves. Store was almost empty, yet there were 4 employees at the registers giggling to each other. All black.

If you’re going to lock up your products, please make sure you have enough staff to unlock when the customer wants to buy it. I have been waiting for someone to come for over 10 minutes; I just need deodorant!!!!

2 story Walgreens. Has all the stuff you would expect though the register people could be more friendly as the stock person was very friendly and helpful other wise I'd have only given 1 star

Terrible cashier.
Unfriendly, not helpful, and shouldn’t be in the customer service industry

Terrible online inventory! This is my third time ordering for pick-up, as the website shows items in stock in-store, but the store actually has none. Also, the pick-up fulfillment wait time takes forever, unlike what was stated on the website—ready in 30 minutes. Sometimes, it's not available until the next day or near closing time. Worst experience.

Doesn’t answer the phones, inaccurate information online, you have to physically show up to check on prescriptions to then be told they’re out of stock.

Two level Walgreens with escalator and elevator. Downstairs is the health, beauty, toys and cards. Upstairs is all the drinks and food. I felt safe shopping since they have a police officer at the front door. They charge 5 cents per plastic bag and they won't tell you ahead of time.

Pharma associate was very helpful with fixing an account issue I had. Glad I switched over to Walgreens!

While at an event downtown I was in need of some batteries. They always seem to run out of juice at the most inappropriate time. I'm still not familiar with everything in this area and I ended up walking for what felt like forever until I got here. I'm exaggerating because it was hot and humid and I was miserable. When you enter it is a bit of a task as you have to dodge some panhandlers that are clever at trying to get something out of you. When I came inside it was a bit of a task as well to figure out where in the store I would find batteries. The signage here is a bit nonexistent. I eventually found the batteries and made it for the front of the store to pay. After a bit of a wait there, I made it outside of the store. Passing the panhandler that I told I wasn't coming in here to make a purchase and having to avert my eyes.

The people that work here are rude and obnoxious. Not willing to help anyone. Came inside to get some medicine and my 3 year old needed to use the bathroom. Someone told me it was downstairs and to the back. We get downstairs and the people cleaning said they just cleaned the bathroom and we couldn't use it. Then they continued by saying they didn't have a bathroom available for customers and that they didn't need to give us special treatment. Avoid at all costs!
