Community Pharmacy is a wonderful and excellent pharmacy, light years beyond other pharmacies like CVS or Walgreens. The management and staff are most wonderful, helpful, professional, caring, cheerful, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They are truly focused on the people, treating everybody not just as customers but as family. They are always available for questions, refills, and are very helpful in dealing with insurance. Service is incredibly quick, both for pick-up and delivery. The staff is also helpful in saving customers money. It is a very good experience with a nice work environment, and it keeps getting better. This pharmacy is what most want to be.
Having a very good experience so far. But I have been dealing exclusively with a special unit of the entire Walgreens mail service, called Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy. Very knowledgeable staff, helpful in my dealing with the insurance side of the process. No complaints.
