Absolutely incredible shopping experience! We were enthusiastically greeted by sales person Erin who was super helpful and had a great personality! The store has a great atmosphere, very cute, great music, and had tons of great options! Will definitely be coming back!!

Was very upset that this location did not have any DC themed shirts. I am always able to find shirts that represent the theme of the cities I visit except for this one.

This is my favorite VV location. The store is always clean and well organized. The staff are friendly.

The store itself was well organized and clean. I love the quality and comfort of VV. The staff was great, not breathing down your neck, but still helpful. They were kind enough to let my daughter pick out a sticker at checkout too.

Nice store - the quality of the clothing is really good but just nothing jumped out at is in terms of style. I plan to return and try a shirt or clothing item in the future. Service was fair as associates will speak to you and ask how you're doing. Very large and spacious store. I plan to return since the quality of the clothing is very intriguing

Last Friday around 6 PM I went to purchase something (I knew exactly what I wanted to buy), and although the door says they close at 8 PM on Fridays, I was very aggressively told by the manager that they were closed. I had flown from overseas and that was my last chance to go into their store. Because of the manager's aggressive behavior towards me, I will never shop from Vineyard Vines again.

When I went to return my pair of vineyard vines khaki pants and my pink plaid shirt I was hopeless to be able to find the right set. That was until associate Rich greeted me at the front door and devoted himself to finding the perfect pair and shirt. After spending 45 minutes running pairs of pants and shirts back and forth from the changing room, I was set up with perfect matching pants and shirt. I never thought I could look so good in an outfit. Nothing but the greatest of appreciation for Rich and the good people at Vineyard Vines.

Last week I was in search for a new set of khakis and a dress shirt for an interview I had coming up. I had a terrible day and trying to find something to wear was the last thing I wanted to do. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Rich. He was the best help I could have asked for and he helped me find a great set for the interview. If it was not for him I would not have found the right set and would not have the confidence I had going into the interview.
