A very limited supply of options. For one of the best teams in the NHL they sure don’t have options for their fans. It was all Fanatics gear. This review is coming at the end of the season I understand but the team has multiple jersey options and shirts and the store just didn’t have it. The racks they have shirts and things on were supposed to spin but don’t very well. Also the phone number for the store doesn’t work. Goes to a directory where you can’t reach the store to ask questions. If you want to find something worth buying for the caps go to the practice facility. Their staff was available and helpful. They have a variety of things to buy. Really disappointed.

I recently visited the Capital One Arena in Washington DC and it was a great experience! Whenever I'm in town, I try to catch a game and I'm never disappointed. The energy in the arena is always amazing and the games are top notch. On top of that, I was lucky enough to catch a concert by Ja Rule and Rick Ross at the end of the game. It made for a really fun night out with my daughter. One thing to note - During the winter. it can get pretty cold while waiting in line outside the arena. My daughter and I forgot our jackets and we were shivering! Lesson learned for next time.Overall, I highly recommend checking out the Capital One Arena if you're in DC. You won't be disappointed! I never drive to the arena. I Uber it. It's much easier to get in and out.

LETS GO CAPS!!!!!!I go for the Hockey games. Always clean, staff is nice. Food is decent and pricey (like most sports events). The seats are a bit fat-phobic. I have been in the 400 level seats and the 100 level seats. I even have been front row, right behind caps bench (looking at the individual hairs in Wilson's beard). All of the seats cause me physical pain! Despite the pain, I will always come back for the Caps.LETS GO CAPS!!!!!!!!

Love it here! Not a bad seat in the entire arena for basketball, hockey, or concerts. Everything is woefully overpriced but what's new

All the Caps gear you could want and if you can't find it that's what the online shop is for. But we still end up buying 2 or 3 things every time we come for a game.

Wizards and Capitals team shop. The stock refers to the upcoming match. The normal opening is a bit short but they are also open during matches. They've got everything from small pins to team uniforms. It worths a visit. ;)

I didn't have any issues navigating this venue. Well, I should say my husband didn't have any issues navigating the venue. We had VIP pit tickets which means standing next to the stage. My husband automatically knew the long line initially we passed could not have been for us. He told me to wait and he asked around. The staff that he and I both encountered were super helpful. Eventually we made our way to a much smaller line and on to the floor to enjoy the concert. The spot we were in was amazing. Ladies do yourself a favor if your man does something as sweet as get floor tickets wear comfy shoes! I was worried about being cute and that was silly of me. Anywho, my hubby did amazing with the tickets so close and we probably could have gotten closer but didn't realize. The arena assured CU with putting on an amzing show the sound was great! I would definitely reccomend this place for a concert

Monster Jam wasn't bad. Small arena for such a large event but it was put together well considering the limited space. It was our first monster truck show so we enjoyed ourselves. Didn't eat or drink anything for it's way too expensive. Lots of vendors selling memorabilia and ear protection. It wasn't super loud to me but my son used his earplugs the entire time. The arena itself is good but could use a few upgrades

Best place to buy your CAPS gear. Just try to make it before game time.

What's not to like about this arena, this is where all the amazing events happened. Located In Washington DC Chinatown, close to many restaurants and parking garages. This arena has no bad seats, you can see the court clearly from any side. And it can get loud of course

I've been attending events here for years and even with the name change over the years, I have still gotten the same experience each time. All events are ran smoothly, safe and on time. Capital One Arena is conveniently located right off Gallery Place/Chinatown station, which is on the Red Line, Yellow Line and Green Line. Gallery Place/Chinatown is also only one stop from Metro Center on the Red Line, which services the Orange Line and Blue Line. Public parking is available also. There are restaurants located near the Arena but of course they have more than enough concession stands available inside. I like that if you use your Capital One credit card, you receive a 10% discount. Lastly, thanks Capital One Arena for making my Husband's birthday special with being able to shout him out at the game. Definitely book your next family outing here!
