Ticket ordering system is obsolete and requires a photo of license sent as well as credit card number transmitted over the phone. First of all, Wizards are sucking hard, you should be paying us to go. Secondly, how is it so hard to pay for damn tickets? Monumental sports, the agency handling this is a bumbling and tone deaf company. Please get someone else to handle your ticket sales, no wonder your games can't sell out!

PA system is way too loud for a sporting event. Concession selection is limited, especially on the 2nd & 3rd levels. Even considering the venue and that we attended a pro sport event, the concessions were way over priced

I have mixed feelings about this place because my family and I had a good time at the wizards v suns basketball game we even saw Gheorghe Muresan at the game. My grandmother lost her keys at the game and one of the security guards was extremely rude and did not want to help.

My visit to the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC, for a Wizards basketball game was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the arena, I was enveloped in a fun and electric atmosphere that only heightened the excitement of the game. The energy of the crowd was infectious, making every moment feel like a celebration. What stood out to me, aside from the thrilling game, was the incredibly helpful staff. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure my experience was nothing short of fantastic. They were quick to assist with directions and any questions I had, making my entire visit smooth and enjoyable. Another highlight of my experience was the innovative self-serve beer markets located throughout the arena. This brilliant addition not only offered a great selection of beverages but significantly sped up the concession process, allowing me to spend more time enjoying the game and less time waiting in line. Overall, my experience at the Capital One Arena was a 5-star one. Whether you're there for a Wizards game or any other event, the combination of an electric atmosphere, exceptional staff, and convenient amenities like the self-serve beer markets make it a top-tier venue for entertainment. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

Came here for Monster Jam. A lot of garage parking options in the area. Pretty organized. Big arena. Clean bathrooms. The only thing is food is very overpriced. $20 for hot dog. Yikes.

Rudest and meanest staff ever. The parking garage is a mess. It’s 60$!!!! You had to back in and leave your keys in the car with your windows down. One employee especially, was nasty and rude while I was parking. He shouldn’t work with people if he’s going to be that rude. Park somewhere else if you’re coming to the arena!!!!! Thought it would be easier to just park here. It’s not worth it. He ruined the first half of the event for me because of how nasty he treated me. Even the people directing traffic weren’t helpful and also just had an attitude. Don’t work with people if you have a bad attitude!

$18 beers, $8 pretzels, $6 water bottles. The hid the only water fountain behind a brick wall on the first floor. "Special Police" hassle me about looking at a menu, but wont even look at me when I ask where the water fountain is.

The Wiz home. Entertainment is nice. Food too expensive ($16 for 1 beer).
