I walked into this store a T mobile customer and walked out a Verizon customer. Frank was absolutely wonderful, he was knowledgeable and patient. I was able to purchase a new phone with a new line, new watch and tablet all for a reasonable price. The customer service @ this store is unmatched from the manager (Chris) Raid (think I spelled that correctly) Skye and Christian. I had to return the following week to exchange an Apple Watch, completely unrelated to anything the store did, just wanted an upgrade and again - same service. I will travel from MD to this store every time !

I had a great experience at this store when my phone died. Christian helped me deal with the insurance call so I could get a new phone quickly. He was patient and very knowledgeable. I received my new phone within 24 hours.

Better deals online which doesn’t make sense. I was able to get $350 more from a promotion online than I was in store. I don’t know why they don’t match their own prices.

Worst place ever. I got charged $15 dollar twice to my credit card from this place without my knoledge. Luckily my bank dispute the transactions. I called Verizon and they said they didnt recognize those transactions!!!!

The staffs are super nice and professional. Especially thanks to Chris and Doreen, they showed so much of patience and were very helpful. If it wasn't for them, I can't imangine how much more frustration I would get with the incident I had. Thank you very much!

Frank helped me make the switch from AT&T to Verizon. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, empathetic, and understanding through the entire process. He demonstrated the highest level of customer service at every single turn. He would politely ask if it was ok for him to take my phone to speed up the number porting process, during these times he would plug in and charge my phone, he shared with me details on packages and ways that I could save money, he shared relatable real world experience to help quell my concerns about switching carriers. It felt like I was working with someone I have known for years, which is paramount in customer service industry. Frank is an exceptional employee and if you walk into the store, I know that he would help you with the same care. It’s the little things that we do that add up and if I could leave 6 stars and a for him personally, I would. Thanks for making my whole experience so much better.

Went in to the Verizon store earlier today. Two different employees helped me (I was the only customer in the store) and while the details of my acct were a mess (my fault) they both were incredibly helpful and kind. They told me what they knew, as well as various troubleshooting options. I was able to resolve the problem once I was able to access the necessary info. Great experience!!

I needed help registering for the Verizon app and the two young women and young man were there to help. I called a rep and they helped walk me through the process. For some reason it needed to be re-started or are-installed. It wasn't recognizing my zip. Anyway, they were knowledgable, patient and very helpful. I'll be going to that location if I need anything.

Outstanding service from Skye and Andy today. We went to the store to switch from Samsung Android phone to iPhone 14s. It was a big decision driven by a need to communicate with grandchildren and Generation Z. Both Andy and Skye provided excellent customer service and technical support. Thank you.

Went in to update my phone and had someone who I thought was helpful upgrade my phone and sell me a watch. Then the nightmare begins- everyone on my family plan calls me to find out what happened at Verizon because their phone stopped working. Later, we find out that the representative changed my phone plan without me asking and our bill went up an extra $200 per month. We called Verizon and they assured us that they would fix it. It is not fixed.I then received an email that the promotional credit that the sales person told me I would get didn’t apply in my case. So in addition to her changing my phone plan (which I’m still trying to fix), I have to pay additional money for the phone that I bought.The salesperson said that bundling the phone and watch would reduce the costs of our bill per month by $5 and that she would not change the plan. I even asked her how this was possible and she reassured me that the plan would not change. We are still incurring fees monthly, the plan has definitely changed, and honestly, this has been so stressful. Not only do I not recommend the store, I question Verizon’s ethics.

I went here since my phone service stopped working after my phone fell. I was treated very rudely by the manager who was not bothered to provide full assistance and didn't provide me with the full information on getting an upgrade. After I was given a defective phone for my upgrade I returned and no apology was given. The manager seemed annoyed I was there. Even though I had explained to the manager that I needed to be able to put a foreign esim into the phone, he simply removed the esim and didn't care to tell me that I wouldn't be able to add the esim until 60 days later (which I found out due to my own internet research). He also caused my verizon sim to completely stop working (previously it worked with wifi). I had to go to the Verizon F store location to fix it after he essentially told me he could not help me any further. Needless to say I will be closing my phone line with verizon, and switching to a different provider. If you must go to a verizon shop location it's a safer bet to go to F street, at least they are polite.

Great service from Moses, with backup from Doreen. There was a third rep who I didn't interact with, but she seemed lovely as well. I visited this store in person because I had spent over 4 hours on the phone and in online chats with Verizon, trying to buy a phone, with reps who were perfectly nice, but totally ineffective. Won't go into great detail here, but the phone I purchased through the phone rep and delivered by FedEx required a signature. Since nobody was at home, it ended up being sent back to a Verizon warehouse. The phone rep neglected to tell me about the signature requirement. If she had, I would've headed straight to a store to buy the item. I didn't expect much when I made an appointment at this store, but I figured it couldn't be worse than the time I spent on the phone. Moses was a total pro, and I walked out with a new phone. I was there quite a while, but that was because there were technical glitches at Verizon. Moses was so sweet and patient, and listened to my whining about the awful experience I had trying to buy through the phone rep. Another customer was helped by Doreen. He was so unhappy and frustrated with Verizon service, but Doreen helped him in no time at all. He was so thrilled, he came back with a lovely vase of flowers. She deserved it! All the reps in this store were knowledgeable and professional. It looked like every customer was attended to, and got the results they needed. Some older reviews about this location were negative. I'd say give this place a shot; I suspect you won't be disappointed.
