I know, it's a Verizon store, so if you're coming here it's probably because you have some phone or account issues to deal with...I had to come because my phone fell in a pool and I needed to get a new one and try to trade in the old (pool) one. I thought it would be a meh experience and that I would probably get nothing for the old phone, but an employee named Gavin walked me through everything, got me set up with a new iPhone, and even got me trade-in credit for the old phone! Thanks Gavin for helping me out and making my experience a good one.

Really good customer service, especially from Gavin. I’m sure they deal with a lot of angry customers but they did a good job handling it.

THE WORST customer service ever!! My son wanted to upgrade his phone through the Motorola buyout plan. The Verizon employee stated that he didn't know what he was talking about and would not even take the initiative to find out any additional information. I spoke to the employee as well and he had no education on what the Verizon offers, was very rude and uninterested in assisting us. I have been a customer with Verizon for at least 10 years and have never been treated that way. It was already frustrating to be without a phone for weeks and then to be treated like a piece of trash is not a good look for any company. I had to end up getting my son phone upgraded at a Ga. location because the employee at 14th St. has no knowledge and refused to help us.

Terrible experience at this location. Their staff was extremely unprofessional and rude.
I have a business account with Verizon, multiple lines, I expected a lot more from a corporate store.
First, I talked to customer service and ordered a device that was supposed to be shipped to the store on 14th Street. I received a shipping confirmation, but they didn’t have my phone when I got there, but one of the sales guys said that we can place another order right then and there. So I waited for about 45 minutes come to find out that they didn’t have the phone that I wanted.
Basically awful communication across the board, even though they had plenty of people working there, but most of them were hiding in the back pretending like they’re working. Do not visit this location, cause you will be extremely disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Verizon. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service than what I received.
Firstly, I was overcharged on my monthly bill. My bill was supposed to be $90, but I was charged $205. When I contacted customer service to address this issue, I asked to be transferred to a supervisor or manager. Shockingly, I was told that no supervisors or managers were available, and the representative then hung up on me on purpose.
Frustrated, I called back and spoke to another customer service representative, only to be asked for my information and to repeat my story again. This cycle continued with different representatives, each asking me the same questions over and over without any resolution. The lack of continuity and communication between representatives was incredibly frustrating and made the process unnecessarily long and stressful.
To make matters worse, Verizon added insurance to my bill without my permission. This unauthorized charge added to my frustration and further complicated the billing issue.
The most devastating part of this ordeal was the disconnection of my phone number, which I use to run my speakeasy business. This number has been disconnected for three months, severely impacting my ability to operate my business. As a result, my bar business had to close down due to the loss of communication with my customers and the inability to manage reservations and inquiries effectively.
This experience has not only caused me financial harm but has also resulted in the closure of my business. The unprofessional behavior, lack of accountability, and poor customer service from Verizon have been extremely disappointing.
I hope Verizon takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to their service and customer support. Until then, I cannot recommend Verizon to others and am seriously considering switching to a different provider.

WORST customer service experience. No basic knowledge of understanding or valuing customer needs. I came in with a simple, straightforward transaction: upgrade my phone. Took 2 hours with brutal in-between steps.
Sam, the store manager, was not friendly or interested in his job. I worked directly with a store associate, Alejandra, who had similar characteristics but in fairness was working for Sam; who wouldn’t hate their 9-5 working for that dry dude.
Save your time and energy; call customer service or do it online.

Andy was extremely helpful! My wife and I visited the store to move from T-Mobile to Verizon and get an iPhone 15 for her. We dropped in in the morning and Andy collected all the necessary information so that he could keep everything ready for us. Once the Verizon family plan was activated, we went back to the store. True to his word, Andy had kept everything ready for us so that we could pay and even helped us transfer data to the new iPhone. He patiently answered all of our questions and was extremely friendly the whole time we were there! Thanks to Andy, we were in and out in no time! Thank you once again, Andy!!
