    They won’t let you send out mail even when they’re open. Has happened multiple days in a row. Close this location.

    Employee lied to my face about the package policies. She said I couldn’t reuse a box even with the old labels removed or blacked out. I pointed out that USPS policy allowed this. She refused to accept my packages and rudely dismissed me. I will never be returning to this location.
