Online states that this location opens at 9:00 am. On MULTIPLE occasions they are not open as indicated online, with 10+ people waiting outside causing people to have to leave because we have things to do. I left at 10:30 am, and they still have not opened. Do better.

I have called 10 times during open hours today 1/23/2023. No answer. Obviously no one cares from the bottom of the line to the most top. There have been countless 1 reviews previous to mine - NO CHANGE. We must yell to the "movers and shakers" in ward 7, then move on up until they wake up or be gone.

I like this post office. The lady who works there is very nice, I have never had any mail lost and there is seldom a long line. I also like the selection of greeting cards that they have for sale. I noticed several negative reviews and I felt that I had to add a positive one because my experience here has always been positive. I hope yours will be too. Thanks.

Good luck with this location, they close at their own leisure to take lunch. I was flat-out denied service and had to take my package to another location.

Something I notice about this post office is that its an older sneaky looking lady who has been working here for years, and that the mail often gets lost in transit here and through here. Use the Alabama branch or the Suitland MD branch near by on suitland road.

This is the worst post office in Washington DC. Sometimes you get your mail and sometimes you don't. They lie and say that they delivered it from the email you receive for USPS mail dashboard. They even put my BANK STATEMENT in someone else's mailbox. This post office needs a class action lawsuit ,because I know I'm not the only one they've done this too. This is wrong on ALL LEVELS and this needs to stop. No one is being held accountable. If you don't want to work for the USPS then find another damn job.
My mail and packages should come everyday as scheduled not whenever they feel like it. For all I know there keeping people's packages lying to the customers telling them that they delivered it. I HATE THIS RAGGEDY A** post office. THE POST MASTER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!and I'm calling a attorney to file a class action lawsuit .

Just left this office I work nearby and it's a small place but it can do everything you need it to do. They have pre stamped envelopes. They lady working explained everything well and side convo was cute. Quick encounters make lasting impacts

The office never opens on time and closes when ever they want. I have a PO box there and could not access my PO Box for 2 days. This is totally unacceptable! I will be reporting this office! I gave one star because the lady that works in the front is always pleasant and friendly other than that the customer experience is horrible!

Convenient because it is close to a Main intersection. Smallest post office i have ever been in and somewhat clean. Needs an update but the service is fine. They let me use their pen so that is good customer service.

It's 9:05am & they're not open. The door is locked. They're supposed to open at 9am.
