Every time I visit this location, I can not help but think that having a horrible attitude must be a requirement for working here. Our community truly deserves better.

It is literally impossible to contact the post office station, they force you to sit through automated calling hell and actively prevent you from contacting a Customer representative|
If i could give them negative stars I would, they are quite simply the worst and are absolutely unwilling to do anything to make it better.

We had an appointment scheduled with their passport office for weeks, which we took off work for. After showing up to our appointment and waiting for 15 minutes, we were informed that their passport person was not in. No curtesy call or anything in advance to notify us.

For the June 19 holiday at this location, the lobby is open for self-service only. The counter is closed, no staff members. The USPS barcode scanner seemed not working, it kept saying invalid code.

Warning about fraudulent activity. Do NOT send personal check to IRS from any post office in Washington DC. We personal has a check written to the IRS modified and cashed causing a fraudulent debit from our personal accounts.

Kisha at the counter is very rude. She was speaking nicely with everybody else except me. I walked in for my baby passport and she stoped me asking why I am here. The office door says passport office and the light was on. The picture was taken after she closed the lights. I don’t mind her stoping me to ask the reason but her attitude and rudeness toward me was offensive.

Currently passport appointments are from 8am-11am Monday to Friday. However, the website allow you to book appointments up to 3pm. On arrival there is no sign showing the altered time frame (it still says 11am-3pm) and you will just sit there and wait until an employee after watching you sit there for about 10 minutes will inform you that you actually don't have an appointment. This is the second time I have failed to renew a passport at this location. The first time was because the only person who can perform this task was out sick for the day. No advance notice, no sign saying it was closed, just 15 minutes wait until a member of staff said something.

Truly good service regarding the passport. Staff knows everything that there is. Highly recommend.

One of the worst USPS in DMV area. Self service kiosks don’t work properly, and the collection boxes are always jammed intentionally so that customers don’t put the packages on weekends. On regular days, employees are too slow and super rude not sure why and if you ask a question they ignore you like they owe you money. I d give 0 star if it was possible.

Employees are extremely rude & hostile. Are condescending when you ask questions, but they’ll get the job done it’s just not a pleasant experience. Do not go for fingerprinting!! They don’t do it there. Go to the USPS in Arlington - staff is so nice & accommodating.

They don’t do fingerprints here - go to 6900 Wisconsin Ave. Gentleman at the counter was very friendly and patient while I waited for the person in charge of the passport office to show (she arrived one hour late). Unfortunately she was rude and yelled at me in front of the store saying they don’t do fingerprints, when I’m not sure how I could have known that considering they don’t answer the phone and the FBI website lists this as an authorized fingerprinting site (Thursday 8:30 AM).

Thank you to the Wisconsin Staff for resolving my issue. A big thank you to Yolanda who found the answer by using her excellent detective skills. FYI - They still have RBG stamps.
