Some of the current staff - June 2024 - are terrible. Making personal calls - telling me “I do what I want” after I voiced some dissatisfaction - then getting defensive and insulting me. This is supposed to be a professional place of business. The supervisor was empathetic.

Like most Post Offices hours always too short for me. Service is as good as can be expected. People working inside are helpful when you need them to be.. They had knowledge of how things worked. I'm always in and outta there, because if you go anytime besides 1 minute before they close, it's usually quick and easy. Everything seems slower when you do it at the last minute. I find that they do their job appropriately...

The Glover Park Post Office has been my go-to for years, as this location is a step above the other USPS locations in the area, which - unfortunately - is a very low bar. Walking in at 5:00 PM on a Friday I could have expected that I wouldn't encounter USPS's finest, but the two women at the counter were particularly rude and incompetent. They clearly did not want to be there and they had no intention to help anyone in a civil manner. As USPS doesn't have an obvious way to file a complaint, writing a bad review is a frustrated consumer's only recourse. I would say to avoid this location, but there is no better alternative.

Appreciate that we have a post office in our neighborhood. The people who work there have always been helpful and professional. My only reason for giving it 4 stars is that it is gloomy inside. It's not the fault of the employees- the USPS might consider updating their interior design standards.

I had no issues coming in here. The place is tiny but clean. I went in and didn’t have to wait at all but I’m sure it gets busy in the afternoons or weekends. Keep in mind there are a lot of entitled people in this neighborhood writing these reviews. They’re not cheerful employees but I’ve never found anyone to be rude.

The asian lady who works here is horrible and extremely unprofessional. During my turn at the counter she decided to spend more time training a newbie employee rather than finishing up my super quick transaction. I told her that I was sorry but I needed to go soon, my car is running out of time. She just gave me such a stank face and an attitude in response, saying "can't you see I'm doing something". 0 compassion or professionalism. No longer going to be a frequent customer here. I'll go to fedex down the road.
