Location is hit or miss...... normally on the miss side. Does not open up on time on most days. The clerk who attends to the customers is professional and nice. It appears there is a management issue at this particular location.

Stopped by at 1015 on a Thursday, lights off and door locked. Not a sound in the building. No signs on either door to indicate a change in hours. Another person also came by trying to ship items with no luck. No time to wait around to see if someone showed up.

Arrived at 1:40 pm no one there, sign says lunch from 2 pm to 3 pm, returned at 3:05 pm no one there, returned again at 3:45 pm and to no surprise no one there again. Someone is collecting a check but not bothering even showing up to do their job. This is a common occurance.

I would leave zero if I could. Standing outside at 320 doors locked. I guess the employee is not returning from lunch time from 2-3.

This post office is always late opening and it’s on a military base, please tell me why !!!

This place is the pits. Why is it so bad on a military base where because most of the personnel send packages and mail out of state and mostly out of the country. I wish someone would do something. They make sending a package a 1hr chore. Help them please and to make matters worse, I was there one day and the girl was talking on the phone with an earbud. Make it make sense to me. So unprofessional, with a long line of people waiting. Terrible

Never open when they say they are. Takes 3 hour lunch breaks and minimal staff that are extremely slow.

They didn’t have large flat rate boxes on the shelves… yet they were all stacked on the counter by the cashier because the person behind the counter forgot to restock the area for the customers. They didn’t have any custom forms AT ALL, so I ended up just going to JB Andrews Post Office.Why does this post office even exist?
