Went at opening on a Monday and the lights were off and doors were locked. Apparently, the employee wasn't there Friday either. Unacceptable. Hire more people who actually want to work at this location.

As of 8 July 2025 you cannot mail packages because their postage system is down. Has been for past week. Very frustrating. Also, cell reception dead zone there so make sure you have all the addresses you need before you go in. I feel bad for the employees.

Never there. Went several times during hours of operation and the door is always locked.

Machine had been inoperable for over 4 months, unless you have a prepaid you can't ship, it take forever to get to the final destination. Staff can be nice but can tell has very little patience, always on the phone(ear buds).

Completely worthless facility. When they are not on random lunch breaks and I actually make it inside, they state that they don’t scan QR codes to print out shipping labels- a basic thing that every USPS does. This facility needs to go. Replace with a UPS or FEDEX

Location is hit or miss...... normally on the miss side. Does not open up on time on most days. The clerk who attends to the customers is professional and nice. It appears there is a management issue at this particular location.

Stopped by at 1015 on a Thursday, lights off and door locked. Not a sound in the building. No signs on either door to indicate a change in hours. Another person also came by trying to ship items with no luck. No time to wait around to see if someone showed up.

Arrived at 1:40 pm no one there, sign says lunch from 2 pm to 3 pm, returned at 3:05 pm no one there, returned again at 3:45 pm and to no surprise no one there again. Someone is collecting a check but not bothering even showing up to do their job. This is a common occurance.

I would leave zero if I could. Standing outside at 320 doors locked. I guess the employee is not returning from lunch time from 2-3.
