Location is hit or miss...... normally on the miss side. Does not open up on time on most days. The clerk who attends to the customers is professional and nice. It appears there is a management issue at this particular location.

Went yesterday at 10 AM and it was open, and the lady was friendly and helpful!

Don't know why it gets so much hate. They do their job, and that's good enough for me.
