Absolutely horrible. 1 star is generous. They lost my passport and customer service staff has been absolutely unhelpful in finding it.

This place is an absolute joke. Came in with a relative who needed to get fingerprints done as they’re applying for citizenship in another country. Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived, and when somebody came up to the front we were rudely told they couldn’t help us due to their systems being down/broken, and refused to help us figure out which location where we could get the fingerprints at. Would give 0 stars if I could

I had a really disappointing experience at the main post office branch. The staff were not only unhelpful, but surprisingly rude and apathetic. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered such dismissive service.

My wife and I made an appointment to get our daughter's passport photos and submit the paperwork necessary to get a passport. We kept our daughter home from daycare and I took off of work (as both parents need to be present). When we showed up today, we were told that the employee responsible had called off of work. We asked why we weren't informed, and the post office employees (without even expressing sympathy or regret) just said they don't have a way to do that (even though we submit all of our information when we make an appointment). We asked for the manager and were told s/he was also out. We left the building, tried to call numbers on the website, and then went back in and asked for a phone number so we could inform management/customer service that there was a problem with how they did things, and we were given a phone number with the caveat that probably no one would pick up. No one picked up.
We asked if there was any way we could talk to someone so this wouldn't happen again, and the post office employee we spoke to brushed us off.
I generally really believe in the importance of government, but these people made me wish I could have my tax money back. Inconsiderate, ineffective, disinterested.

I had an appointment to submit my passport application and showed up on time, but they told me the person who handles passports wasn’t there. No one notified me ahead of time, and I even took time off work to be there. Really frustrating and disappointing. If they’re not offering the service, the system shouldn’t let you book it. I wouldn’t recommend this location for passport services. It’s unfair and a waste of people’s time.

I arrived on time for my 11:45 AM passport appointment. The front desk staff was not even present when I got there—she was inside, and I had to wait. After 15 minutes, she came out and told me she couldn’t help me because she didn’t have time and had another schedule. She was rude, rushed, and completely unprofessional. I was disrespected and not given proper service. This is unacceptable, especially for an important government process. Very disappointed.

The lady at the front on 5/20 was so rude, i spoke to her and said Good Afternoon how are you ma’am and she looked at me and rolled her eyes. Its not our fault yall short-staff. If you hate your job, quit. Don't take it out on other people.

Today I had a call from this post office, an African American female very uneducated, rude, angry and aggressive she did not let me talk.
Anyway, my package IS MISSING AND THEY ALL ARE LYING ABOUT MY PACKAGE.
the first time I called to inquired about my package, they said: the package was delivered to my mailbox and it was NEVER PUT IN MY MAILBOX BECAUSE THE PACKAGE WAS BIGGER THAN MY MAILBOX.
then i made contact with the mail man who delivered my mail every day and he also looked ANGRY AND NOT TRYING TO ANSWER ANYTHING ABOUT MY PACKAGE, he looked at me like i was trying to rob him, then he said: he did not do that because he was on vacation that it was someone else so i let it go and contact the seller.
Additionally, this lady said: she was going to sent me a dispute letter so I can dispute my money from the seller.
I said: why the seller have to pay me when you guys lost my package and to me I believe they took my package because they said 3 different versions of what happened to my package.
1- IT WAS PROPERLY DELIVERED TO MY MAILBOX on 4-15-25
NOT TRUE
2- THEY DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS
AND COULD NOT RETRIEVED IT
3- IS NOT THEIR FAULT BECAUSE MY PACKAGE HAD INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
I need to investigate a little more about these corrupt people obviously they are not happy about their jobs.

Finger print machine is down but you won’t know that until you arrive. They don’t answer the phone and it is not posted on the website. Wasting peoples time. FYI: The clerk said the machine will be down until August 2025. Shameful…

I can see why some customers are saying that the staff customer service are poor at this location. When I came to this Post Office, this place wasn’t busy at all. The young lady who assisted me, she immediately greeted me and asked me how can I help you. She was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and her service was fast. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other staff who were present. This location is huge and offers a wide variety of services. The hours of operation for full service are Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am- 4:00 pm, Sunday Closed and Holidays Are Closed. This location was clean and offers off street parking.
