My name is Nrayo. I came to your office yesterday ( on 27 of August 2024) to send phone to my sister who now lives in Canada. It was around 4:40pm. The lady who works there gave me poor customer service. She told me that I didn’t send phone to my sister. I totally accepted that, but the way she treated me was rude.And even she charged me for the paper without telling me earlier that I didn’t send phone. I was embarrassed by the poor service.

I like the convenience of having the 24 hour lobby but the customer service here leaves quite a lot to be desired. I feel bad for the employees who seem overworked and probably underpaid, but that is no excuse for treating customers poorly. When my partner asked whether they had any more USPS priority tape - which is usually provided free of charge to seal up the priority mail boxes - he was aggressively chastised and told he had to buy tape if he wanted any. When he offered to buy it, she asked him how he planned to do that if the register was closed -- and then she walked away to end the conversation. All i can say is: please treat all your customers equally in the future.

Bunch of regards working here. Customer service is non-existent, I'm not sure what kind of operation is being ran here but jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez.

About two year ago I had a PO Box and a delivery package from FedEx. Somehow the US post office at this location screwed up…didn’t know what to do with the package that was delivered from FedEx and Some of the employees are a little rude and needs to be retrained on customer service.

I had a bad experience here a few years ago but came back for a passport appointment and this one is WAYYYY better than the SE! No line! Easy appointment. Calhoun was so efficient and kind.

If it were up to me I would give it Zero start but I don't have that option. It is the worst passport office in DC. The officer Michael who was there is the worst. I was on time for my children's appointment and he didn't want to pass me because the phone had already turned off the system. Lack of profesionalism. They work there just to sit and get their money. They are arragans who don't even have the respect to greet the customer. You arrive, you stop in front and they don't ask you anything. They look at you like they are statues. Horrible PLACE I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

We just had an amazing experience applying for our daughter’s passport. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Easy, fast, efficient! You never know what to expect with administrative tasks like this and the entire experience exceeded expectations in the best way possible. Thank you!

Had mixed experiences here getting our kids passport. Made an appointment in another USPS location, but then were redirected here. Once arrived, they told us they don’t do pictures (even though that was the appointment we signed up for). Had to go to Walgreens to get pictures. Turned out ok but service wasn’t super friendly.

This is absolutely unacceptable how do you all have a phone number, but clearly can never answer the phones. You have people inquiring about certain things, but aren't able to get help because you all don't answer. Just remember theirs elderly people that needs questions answered, disable as well. I wish I could give you all 0 stars seriously. This place needs to sharpened up.

I have not received "ANY MAIL" within the past 2 weeks! This is a sketchy post office, and will definitely be reported to Internal Affairs and any other affiliates that will respond. People get so comfortable and complacent with employment. Maybe if they were job seekers or UNEMPLOYED, they would appreciate what they have. I am BEYOND frustrated by this and just wish people would just do the right thing. Sad to say that someone will be held accountable for this as it us UNACCEPTABLE! You just never know who knows who! SMH!! I wish I could give star dust as a rating instead of this (1) star! It is not warranted.

Unprofessional had a package that was supposedly denied which I did not and called little bit after they closed yes as of April 9 whoever answered refused to assist and was completely disregarding my situation

This is the most backwards post officr ever in this area! Everytime i come there is a firedrill! Or an angry customer that makes it bad for the rest who simply want to pick up mail. Every single time. What is going on?? More help is needed big time. Driving from one area to the next to not be serviced is upsetting and agravating.
