Friendly service and composure when people are less than kind. Today the clerk was extra patient with a cranky Karen.

The staff that day was a little annoyed because I wanted matching stamps on my envelope and since I was paying for it I requested it was not very pleasant and pretty much rude to me

Our regular mail carrier is great and the person at the window is usually nice. But God forbid if you call and speak to those in the office. Rude, rude and ruder. No manners or customer service etiquette at all.
