Amazing customer service. There was an error on a package address I had shipped from Europe, so USPS marked it as return to sender. I went to the office, explained what happened, and they redelivered it after hours! Thank you, Mr. Wright!! God bless you, and God bless the USPS!

Let’s start by saying if the local phone number is disconnected, which it is, that’s a clear sign of what sort of service is next to come. Missing mail, missing packages and the worst customer service you’ve ever encountered. I’ve submitted two change of address forms that were handed to postal office employees that were never turned in leaving me with six months of missing mail. I’ve opened up several service request tickets, and they continue to close them. The president needs to look here rather than some of his other options for improvement. The clerks bring ghetto fabulous attitudes to work every time without the desire to do any work! Packages missing then turning up days later… opened. Or not at all. How can I pick up a package if the post office isn’t open but you haven’t marked as delivered? Back to back bad experiences with the clerks at this location, giving misinformation, not listening to customers because they are prepared to give answers before the issues been fully described, being told that No packages for post office boxes have been delivered, but when I show a confirmation, the story changes. Unpleasant experiences and horrific customer service are the norm here and that’s not a good thing. UPDATE: upon having to return because I’m still not receiving mail I was told that they failed to correctly set up my PO Box, which is why I haven’t been receiving anything. Mind blowing! I’ve been waiting for a call for over a week for them to verify where my mail is going. And I was told by customer service to request another instant verification for forwarding mail, but was told in the branch they don’t know what that is. I was being assisted by someone with customer service by email and phone who fell off. I just want my mail and my packages….

The phone number is out of service. They have lost at least one of my packages and gave me the run around. Amazing what our tax dollars pay for

Had a wonderful experience at this USPS! Both workers I interacted with were so kind and patient, and very helpful when I wasn’t sure the best way to proceed. Also got everything done fairly quickly, and the line moved fast (I went Saturday morning around 9:10am).

I visit this post office quite often because it is super close to my great grandson’s school. Parking is accessible both on the street and in their lot. Even if there is a line, at least there are more mail team members and it goes fast! Clerk #21 was quick to provide me with service. He was friendly, professional and personable! I purchased stamps and he was kind enough to place the postage on my outgoing mail! Nice!!!Happy Holidays!!!!

The slowest service in the world!!!! It’s the same lady working there for probably 20 years and she doesn’t give a damn if 7 people are waiting. She will ask everyone if they want extra stamps or other services and the toe is speaking g is just to mimic “sooooo slooooowwwwwew”. “Doooo yooouuuu wan mmm the annmmnyyyy staaaaammmmmos?”. No urgency at all. Spent 20min just to drop off pre-paid package to get a receipt. Every time!

Can every post office have a Kendra?? Super nice, informed, and helped me fix a confusing package issue. This location has mailing supplies and gift cards, but no self-service kiosk. Easy parking available via side lot.

Not only is this a convenient location for me, but, I've had pleasant and professional experiences at this location. My encounters with three different associates were productive as they ensured my needs were meant in regard to holding of my mail due to relocation and information pertaining to having mailbox lock replacements, etc. Thank you 12th St. team for all that you do.

The officers are very rude and inpatient. I had two little kids in a big stroller to drop off international packages. The automatic door has been broken and those kind people who happened to be there usually helps me to let us in and out. Today a young man helped us so kindly and it made me so happy...Most of the people(customers?) are so kind and helpful but the officers are helpless, bad attitude and slow service. I do appreciate usps, ups, fedex and all of them helping all of us while this pandemic so I never complained about them until today. One day they say I don't need to wait in a line if I'm just dropping off, today an officer said "you gotta wait in a line!" Like I was cut the line but there wasn't anyone at the window there were two people packing their package and the young man who helped us behind me. What's wrong with you? It's a little thing I'd just let go but Ok, enough. I'm tired of their rudeness. I even thing they're extra rude to Asians too. We NEVER deserve that when we pay lots of money to them just to mail some letters and things to our loved ones while we can't see them so often.
