Delivery people lack comprehension and critical thinking skills . After 2 weeks of waiting for my package they returned 2 personal packages with over 10 items after trying to deliver them in my mailbox. The reasoning is that my mailbox has a vacant piece of paper that has been taped in my mailbox for years ! They moved the mailboxes around before I even lived here so all the mailboxes are all over the place . Instead of delivering 10 items to my door like a normal person (mind you the mailbox is the size of your hand so to even attempt to put anything in there is crazy . Went to check and mail is in there delivered per usual like itâs been since I moved in . Contacted customer service and the old man behind the phone got smart asking me questions like Iâm the leasing office. I explained that itâs been like this since I moved here and I barely order packages because of the place I live . He still got smart and kept asking me why does it say vacant . Like hmmm idk the same reason yall delivered my last package to a neighbors mailbox because yall read the mailbox according to the # on the mailbox and itâs not accurate . I didnât even argue . Just requested a refund . Not arguing or explaining myself to somebody who is trying to tell me whatâs vacant and whatâs not đ¤Łđ¤Śđžââď¸SMH wasted 2 weeks waiting and havenât even been asleep today so my package wouldnât get stolen just to get played!

Yesterday at this post office, we had to wait for the lunch hour from 2pm to 3pm, and I was able to share that the person in charge at the window does not like his job or working, because the people who went before none could complete what they went to, personally he gave me the excuse that the scanning bars on a ticket are wrong and that I should put it on the other side, I changed it and apart from that he also said that it was not in the right place, it had to be on the cover of the envelope, instead I went to the Leesburg VA office and there was no problem and the attention was super efficient, I congratulate you for your work and attention, thanks to Leesburg for your work

Do not ship anything out of here if it is a high dollar item. If so, do not get insurance on the item, because they then know it has value. Someone in this office cuts the packages open takes said item out and delivers the empty packages to the intended recipients. When you go to start an insurance claim USPS doesn't pay out. This happened twice at this location, and USPS is not helpful at all. Quite irate at the situation

This post office if the worse they have hired people who talk on their phone while driving and taking their hair out I was appalled and on top of that she left the mailboxes unlocked as she drove off talking on her phone and continued to take out her hair I should of known the mail was in trouble when they started wearing half uniform may have the shirt on may not may have the correct pants may not like I have no faith in the post off here itâs like their trying to force you to pay for a P.O. Box NO AT THIS POINT IT SHOULD BE FREE FOR PEOPLE EXPERIENCING DELAYS BECAUSE OF UNPROFESSIONALISM . Oh and letâs not forget to mention my packages that I had to pick up from the post office that they was trying to keep for themselves itâs ridiculous about to go there today what an adverse adventure smh.

I will give them one star because they have parking. This is my second visit. The employees are talking to each other about personal relationships. While customers wait. I waited 10+ minutes for one lady working. While her male coworker just vented about his relationships. Some dude came in smelling of weed and the lady helped him before me. Just crazy.Won't come back.

For some reason, my address (and possibly my neighbors/entire street) does not receive expected package deliveries. Instead of attempting to deliver (by ringing the doorbell, walking up the stairs, leaving in the mailbox) delivery notices are placed in my mailbox saying I MUST pick up in-person and no reason is given as to WHY. If I had a car, I wouldn't mind the inconvenience so much, but the fact of the matter is I placed an order to be delivered not for me to pick it up and USPS needs to do that (or start including a stipend for Uber every time they leave me a notice). Also they NEVER pick up the phone at this location, so don't even waste your time trying.

Unhelpful counter staff. Doesn't seem interested in helping people find lost mail. I get that he can't just go find it.....but at least pretend like you care....or get a different line of work.

Short lines and great customer service. I needed two boxes and to understand the difference in pricing. The associate was willing and able to take the time to explain the process and offer the best option for where I was shipping my items to.
