“Lunch break” is whenever. Have come by several times and they were closed during office hours and i am now standing out in the freezing cold at 2:10 and not an employee in sight. Just close this location already.

It's non professional I went there to purchase a post office box. The clerk has a bad attitude.? I have not received any mail I polite ask her for the address to the post office or how should I address my mail (example) 2211 Rhode Island Ave NE or My Name with my PO Box She went off to say she doesn't know Very sad and she's older woman with a Getto attitude I'm transferring my box to Brentwood post office ASAP.

I went to pick up a package being held there at 11 am and 4 pm and they were closed both times but those are within the hours of operation. Very frustrating. I also haven't received any mail in over a week

This is consistently the worst post office that I have ever been to. It is dirty, often closer during business hours, and has very bad service.

Come on Bro! This is the third time. Don’t go here mid day, no one is ever there and they’re never back at the time they say. It’s 2:20pm and they still aren’t back from a break. When they are here, the service is trash.
