This UPS store is the best that I've attended! The attendants, Brian and LJ, were so competent, attentive and efficient. They knew by rote memorization exactly the dimensions I would need based on a specific country's requirements, and provided me with excellent service. Truly the best service I have ever received from UPS. Thank you so much, Brian and LJ - you are so commendable!

The customer service at this UPS store is phenomenal! The staff are friendly and attentive, even with a lengthy line; they kindly move customers through as quickly as positive with the smile and just as engaging with customers. They know their stuff too; ask your question, they will have an helpful answer. ?

The staff was friendly and efficient. Brian was the notary who helped me immediately and made an electronic copy for my records . UPS also offers USPS services so the document was sent by Priority Mail from the store. There was a parking space outside the door. That made my day.

Recently went to this store and had some complications (all made by me, the user). The way that Destine went above and beyond to get my time sensitive package corrected and shipped out was jaw dropping. I LIVE for this level of customer service!! Whoever is the owner and/or GM, please recognize this young man because we need behaviors like this duplicated by others. Again, thank you Destine!!

This UPS has the most upbeat customer service in DC and I have been to just about all of them. The associates always make me feel welcomed and are happy to serve. I always leave with a smile and look forward to coming back. Keep up the good work and thank you for all the positive energy

What I'm about to say isn't hyperbole: This location has the best customer service I've had not just in the delivery service but in any establishment based in customer service. Thomas, Leonard, and Brian are more helpful than I can put into words and top-notch people.
