I lived in DC 4 years ago and visited this store once. The service was good, but the owner has been constantly sending me emails for the past 4 years asking me to leave a review. So beware of that.

I’m not saying that this is true of all UPS stores but the Georgetown store on N Street has absolutely no customer service and they are either in a bad mood or hate their jobs or maybe both. They have no idea how to be welcoming. They need to take lessons from FedEx who always does a great job. The only reason I have gone there three times is because I was dealing with stores that Used UPS as their carrier. Without exception, all three times have been difficult. Today, the person in front of me was so frustrated. She said she would just go to FedEx and pay for it as opposed to dealing with UPS to ship it back for free.

This is absolutely the best UPS store I have ever been to. The staff is so incredibly friendly and positive--it makes you want to send packages. For DC, it is easy to park quickly and get in and out.
