We recently learned about UPS's Student Storage service and decided to give them a try. The entire experience was exceptional, thanks to their outstanding customer service and seamless communication.
Signing up on their website was straightforward and easy. I communicated with the new owner, Naman, several times via email. Naman was incredibly responsive, addressing all my questions promptly and even making special arrangements when I encountered a minor issue. The dedication to customer service was truly impressive.
On the scheduled pick-up day, Julio arrived on time and too great care loading all my daughter's items onto the truck. He was not only efficient but also professional, kind and helpful throughout the process as he recommended adding tape to a few packages.
When my daughter returns to campus, Julio will deliver all her items to her new room, making the move-in just as hassle-free. This service saved us significant time and money, as my husband and I usually fly in from California to assist with moving and storing all my daughter’s items offsite.
If you're considering using this service, don't hesitate! Our experience was nothing short of wonderful. Naman recently gained ownership over this store, and has shown a remarkable commitment to enhancing their customer service, and it's evident in the excellent service we received.

I can’t speak highly enough about the UPS Store in Western Market since they’ve come under new management. Their team is incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful. I work nearby and rely on them for all my business packaging needs. Since the change, my packages have been going out smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Move-out can be chaotic and I must say the staff here made it easy. Lines move fast and they’re efficient.
Also, here’s a tip since I graduate and won’t need this anymore: prices for summer storage can’t be beat!

The UPS website said this was the closest open notary to me so I arrived before 3:00pm. The worker laughed at me and told me their notary was on vacation. That’s fine, but there should be a way to know. If you need the notary call ahead because apparently they only have one and the website isn’t always accurate.

Very helpful customer service! Needed to get a large package boxed for work to transport on a flight. Went to 2021 L Street location first where the customer service was horrible, very unfriendly. The rep there acted like I was a bother the moment I walked in, stating they didn’t do packing without shipping, and didn’t offer any suggestions. Called this UPS store and they were very friendly and said of course I could pay for packing without shipping. Very professional, fast service. Appreciate the help!

Would give this place zero stars if I could. I shipped a package to this store because when I tried to get it shipped to my address it said it was too long. When I get there an older gentleman says “you know we charge $10 for packages like this right? (it was a regular 2 foot long package not oversized)” and I say “oh I’m sorry I didn’t know” and then he holds my package hostage and says “Pay us the $10”. The item I bought was $4 and reluctantly paid. Absolutely horrendous behavior from an employee.

Good, convenient spot for copies ? and sending UPS overnight shipping ?, Owner recommended approach that saved me $40. Clean store on lower level to the left of CVS.

The store refuses to take packages with UPS labels for delivery. My package had a label from the UPS website, but they would not accept it. I even showed them the email instructions and label online (directly on the UPS website), but they would not listen. Both employees were rude and made it seem like the onus was on me.Do not bother visiting this location.
