Great customer service each time I’ve been in this store. Don and Kim are not only competent, and respectful, but also have positive attitudes. Of note, the holiday’s seemed especially chaotic with the amount of customers needing support, and I was surprised how well they’ve kept up their helpful attitudes. Appreciate the consistency in sustained professional service. Thanks!

Hello, I have had great experiences at this UPS location been going here for over 5 years doing business with them. Their team is friendly and helpful. I recommend using there services if you are in the area. Miss Kim is always smiling and greeting customers.

The manager working in 12/6/23 at 1:15pm was extremely rude. Wouldn’t print out confirmations for me and another customer. Said that the return was “free.” And he was too busy and we were waiting his time. He told us to go to another UPS store.UPDATE FROM OWNERS RESPONSE:Dear Owner,Thank you for your quick response. I am very aware of how both Amazon and prepaid label returns work. There was no confusion here, just poor service. Also, it was not an Amazon return, it was a preprinted label. I asked for a receipt with a time stamp due to running into an issue with a vendor who claimed that I did not return an item, and now I always ask for receipts. I have been to your store several times and have been assisted with this exact ask - the simple truth is that your manager didn't want to help me and told me that I was wasting everyone's time for asking for a printed receipt for a "free return" then proceed to take my package and throw it in the bin. I am also in the service industry and when my team provides poor service, I take accountability for it. That same "manager" has printed receipts for me before in the past. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, and I know it's one of the busiest seasons, but his attitude and aggression was unwarranted. I dropped off my package at another UPS store near home and they were so pleasant about printing a receipt that took 1 second to complete and did it with a smile. Just go to 13th and L... Had similar experience as many others have had below. The owner and its employees choose not to provide a receipt that takes less than 20 secs to do. Employee stated he had too much work to do and essentially spent a couple minutes arguing with me and another customer... if a receipt is not giving there is no proof it was ever dropped off at that location which would eliminate any liability that location would have. It's that simple. This location does not accept feedback and does not want to improve. Just refer to the same feedback provided by multiple customers below with the same copy and paste response from its owner.

Went to ship back a box of lightweight shoes (Toms) that were in the box I received them in. Apparently, this is not sufficient for UPS and they want me to buy a different corrugated cardboard box (even though the shoes are IN a corrugated cardboard box already) for $10 box ($9.95). I said I'd find my own box. Apparently, what "Brown can do for you" - is attempt to rip you off and be pretty unhelpful.

We came to this point because we wanted to leave our luggage and baby stroller before visiting the White House. We were served wonderfully by Leslie. She was nice and helpful to us. The service is not expensive. I definitely recommend this place! thanks to them we could easily go sightseeing. they helped us a lot!

I recently dropped off various items on 09/06 that needed to be returned to Amazon. This place states that they ship off items in bulk in a box and how they do not have to provide you with a receipt. I would not recommend this location. The employee named James stated that we are not obligated to provide you with a receipt and how the customer already has access to the tracking number. This is not correct. The customer should not have to call Amazon. A receipt at time of drop-off should be printed. Simply put- go to the other UPS store the next block over and they will happily provide you with a receipt.It should be noted that the employee named James cut me off while I was talking.In general, this store could benefit by supplying all customers with receipts.

Came in on 9/27 and Leslie Kim refused service and cursed at me when I was trying to get help. She told me her name was judy and eventually confessed to lying.

Horrible horrible service with terrible attitude. The woman working there had no one else in the store and said she had things to do before she wanted to go home. So she refused to help me and told me to come another day.The woman there was beyond rude (she was a middle aged asian woman) and she told are needed to learn to read better and then helping me wasn’t her problem. It was in reference and how to use the computer to print a label. I’ve gone to countless other UPS locations and have them print a label with absolutely no problem yet this woman seemed in capable of having a bone of service in her body. She truly a detriment to your store.This was at 6:40pm on Wednesday September 13th 2023

This store is conveniently located downtown and close to my office, which is the reason why that I came here this morning. I needed to ship a package to California, and at the same time print out a document from my thumb drive. When I walked in I noticed the single copier machine, however I could not locate the port to insert the USB thumb drive. Unfortunately there was only a single employee who was working behind the counter, and a line of about four customers. While I was waiting I noticed the single self serve computer there with a placard of instructions. The instructions pretty much indicated to use the computer at your own risk and that there would be absolutely no refunds. Moreover if you as a customer needed assistance with the computer, that there would be a service charge for that. After seeing that I figured that I would be.charge for help with the copier machine as well. The employee had made zero progress with the customers standing in line, so I left to try to find a different location.

Leslie Was A MAJOR help, I literally got off of work and this was my third shop in the area, and she literally was soo kind and help me out soooo much. I thank her soo much in helping me out today ! Definitely recommend coming to the 15th ups for future reference.

If i could give negative stars, i would. The lady kim that runs this location is so rude! She refused to give me a receipt for my package. I told her I needed one because I had 2 issues the past month ,when I dropped a package off in their bin, there has been an issue with them not tracking. She told me that just because she gives me a receipt doesn't mean that i dropped it off at this location or proof of anything. I told her I understood that (that is not true by the way), but I would like a receipt anyway because when I called UPS, they asked for help they asked if I received a receipt. She then got really rude with me and said she won't take my packages. Also, when I went on here to leave a review, I noticed at least 8 other reviews complaining about the same lady. I'm not surprised.
