Not sure what happened..... Store hours says it was open on Saturday, but the doors weren't open past 10:30 am. Would have loved to use the self-service dog wash over the weekend

Store hours says that it’s open. Doors are not open and no lights are on.

Always call before you make the trip. Was there today at 11:00am (opens at 10am) and no one was there. I’ve also tried to go around 5:00 pm before and it was already closed (supposed to close at 7pm).

It’s 12 pm on Sunday, store hours say open at 10am, doors are locked. Operation hours seem to be a suggestion and not when we can actually expect the store to be open

Went to wash my own dog. Fairly well equipped. No rushing but there was no one else there. I found it to be good for AMY and me!

Disappointed at 6:42pm, someone from corporate should inform Google about the change of hours! Oh well, I'm off to Petsmart. I'm sure they WANT my business!

While it’s nice that they offer self wash stations, I would say they’re only functional about 50% of the time so call before you go. They’re either “out of service that day”, only allowing 1 or 2 of the 3 tubs to be used, out of towels (always bring your own), and they’re last bath of the day changes at the whim of the employees. The store closes at 7 pm and I’ve called and been told everything from 4:00 pm to 5:15 pm as closing hours for the bath. The H street and Arlington locations are much more consistent.

The staff there is always pleasant and friendly. I'm always greeted with a hello, and do I need help with anything. They tend to be fully stocked for all the items my kitties love. This store is nowhere near my home but since it's such an inviting atmosphere I've made this my main petstore.
