I went by half an hour ago at 12:30pm on a Saturday and the front doors are locked. Is it open or closed on Saturdays? It says it is, I called, and the message said call back at regular hours, Monday- Friday.

I was going to schedule a dental appointment at this place recently. The person at this place recommended that I schedule a dental appointment at another location. The different location didn't make sense for us.

I was in urgent need of pain management and my appointment was cancelled by provider. I was often in line with people who were blamed for cancellations when arrived for an appointment and had none or who were waiting and classified as "no-shows" without being called. Office procedures are positively stone age:. Excessive use of multiple-copy paper forms in conjunction with a redundant computer system that operates at the nadir of efficiency.

Very upset about the service that I got today. I walk in to the clinic, I wait more than one hour and half for service. I did my check in and I wait for another 30 minutes. Then the lady from front desk (Ninette Ramirez) call me to tell me that they are not taking more walk in. I was very upset because I was waiting for almost 2:00 hours and 15 minutes for nothing. They really need to organize their staff and make sure they are communicating everything. At the end I wait for another 15 minutes for my doctor. Really bad service.Also, I ask for someone to complain about it and they gave the phone number of the clinic . Can't believe how bad they treat their patients.

First off, this clinic is very unorganized and unprofessional. Yes, you can walk in however, you will have to jump through hoops to be seen. The front office staff clearly needs serious training, especially when it comes to handling P.I.D! They, the front desk staff, were discussing patients personal information outloud. They were getting appointments and walk ins mixed up. And they sent me all around the building just to bring me back to where I started. The building was not kept well. You could tell no one was cleaning the facility. The employees were dressed unprofessionally and overall they seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. The front desk staff often just walked away from the desk, leaving patients who came in to figure things out on their own. I would have given this place zero stars if I could. Horrible experience at the walk in clinic

I finally give up on this place. They are long overdue for a state inspection. I was there yesterday for an appointment I made 7 weeks ago. My primary care doc - who I have NEVER seen was not available AGAIN. I did get in after waiting one hour and 45 minutes. That's an improvement. final straw is the lack of HIPPA protocols among the intake nurse staff. There is no attempt at privacy. I have been forced to listen to women discuss when they had there last cycle and to discuss my personal medical needs in the open hallway. To add insult to injury the nurse proceeds to debate with me on weather the Nurse practitioner will service me - or do I need to see my primary. By the time I left I did not feel comfortable getting a flu shot there. I went to CVS instead and I am switching to GW Medical Associates today.
