I have never encountered such awful customer support. I advise against anyone coming in on a walk-in basis. The way they operate is unclear. For unclear reasons, people may occasionally take advantage of you by calling them first. My son was ill, and I have to wait for about three hours. That is entirely unfair.

Worse place. Front desk is absolutely terrible and disrespectful. My cousin was trying to call for her test results way before 5:00 pm and they kept hanging up. It looks like they do not want to work.

Schedule same day appointment for foot pain and 1 other health concern Iwanted to address with the Dr. The attending physician Grant Guillermo entered the room didn't even ask me to sit on the bed but instead lifted both my feet from the floor causing me back pain. After looking at my feet for less than 2 minutes he says you can get you referral at the front desk as he opens the door to leave . I mention I have another concerns he tells me I'm not dealing with all that we exchange words he walks out refusing me service and abandoning his patient. I'm still dealing with the issue he refused to treat and now the added back pain. Juan the security entered my room without knocking, premission, or introduction just came in and sat down, to tell me to calm down when I was not displaying any aggression through my actions or words. Can't even complain they don't pick up the phone. I am filing a complaint with DOH how patients are treated is unexceptable.

…The woman who takes the data should be working in a zoo Not Serving People, what a shame, it is allowed that many do not have the resources to access other types of medical care, but that does not give them the right to be so inhumane…. I had never had a bad experience at this clinic until these last few months, the service they are giving to customers is horrible, apart from that at the pharmacy they make you wait up to 20 minutes before they finally tell you that they did not send the medicine, it is frustrating because you they waste your time

The doctor took the time to tell me if you don't want the vaccines, go away because I told her to fill out the physical paper for me. She came angrily to tell me things like that. She didn't allow the medical assistant to tell me things, but rather that she took them personally to insult me.I know I was late but it doesn't give you the right to disrespect me
