The worst service and facility ever and Apparent neglect due to race. You can tell the post-people have no pride in their jobs. All around unfriendly and unhelpful. The location is run down, and it seems as if the USPS postmaster has forgotten about this location and the surrounding community. A clear example of racial priority, can this is not on anyone at headquarters radar.

Worst experience ever! The gentleman (and I use that term VERY loosely) with the long hair, that works at the front desk has ZERO customer service skills. There’s another young lady who works at the front desk also, she was terrible. Unfortunately I do not have their names, but by all means if you don’t have to go into this office please don’t. They are lazy and DO NOT want to help customers. I had an issue where the delivery agent failed to even attempt delivery and marked my package as “hold at USPS.” Upon arriving both front desk representatives gave me the most nonchalant attitudes imaginable. No help whatsoever, none of them should have jobs.

I had written a review and my visit on Saturday, March 14th@ 10:59a. The Cletk who waited in mr ( I believe her name is Linda), identified on my receipt as "Clerk 12." Ms. Linda knows her work, and gave good customer service with a pleasant smile and in a timely manner. Also, looking over at the other clerk, she appeared to be as knowledgeable about her work too and fave giid customer service too in a timely manner. I was very surprised and dumbfounded by the three stars.

The worst of the worst, yet convenient. This PO honestly isn’t BAD, but it’s consistent. Never more than one employee working upfront, 98% of the time it’s a long line of customers, employees always seem to show disinterest in a costumer, no employee to assist/greet you prior to reaching the window. The only good thing is having a PO close enough to get the job done. It will just be under the WORST conditions possible. If possible DO NOT GO THERE, if you do you’ll get the job done, BUT BE WARNED!!!

This is by far THE WORST Post Office I’ve ever been to in my LIFE! I absolutely HATE going there! Ms. Reed (older woman with the ponytail) is rude and nasty! I have NO IDEA how this woman is still working there! As members of this community we deserve much better service and it’s despicable that we have to tolerate this foolishness!

Take a look inside at the grubby conditions and it is clear management couldnt care less about this facility. The main door on the street posts hours, but is locked without any indication of why or alternative doors (turns out you can only enter in the back parking lot). After mentioning this to the woman working there, she said it's been that way for 9 years as if I should clearly know. I said there should be a sign, she said I could go online and give feedback if I felt that way. So here I am.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. USPS is a federal agency that should hold there employees accountable for their behavior. The service received was totally unacceptable.

I come here often and the same clerk is the only one working the window. No one will come out and help or assist her with the line. This is a very busy location. It should always be three clerks at the window.

The staff is RUDE! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Driving to Maryland to the next closest post office, because the woman that I encountered this morning was horrible! This staff needs customer service training ASAP!

This has honestly been one of my best exchanches ever. The lady younger at the window certainly deserved some accolades! Not only was she helpful through the whole process, but was also extremely polite. There was absolutely no queue when I arrived, maybe I was lucky, but the whole process was done within 10 minutes and the service is very well coordinated... Well done guys and than again for amazing service.

zero stars is deserved. they never answer the phones so you are always on hold "waiting for an agent" and the lines are on hold long past 5pm. also the delivery people are terrible if your package goes here please do yourself a favor and pick it up yourself.

The staff at this post office are great! They are patient and very helpful. Depending on what day of the month you visit the post office, lines can be long. Open windows vary from 1 to 3 throughout the day. all of my mailing need are always met. Thanks for years of great service!

Delivery service needs to be totally overhauled. In many occasions, I see my packages out for delivery but it's odd they never make it until the next morning. It's as though the they are being held with the driver. Mail is also delivered a lot of days around 7pm if at all. This happens way too much but I would recommend everyone who has this issue to write the Inspector General through the USPS website. Judging then below reviews, this happens often. As if that's not bad enough, no one EVER answers the phone here. I called from 9Am-1 PM. No answers. I had to go there to to see what was happening, the people are nice but there is absolutely no urgency. They have another employee in there simply watching customers stand there and cleaning the walls. He definitely could be answering the phone!
