Nice museum in itself but there are very little original artifacts from WWII or concentration camps. Lots of reproductions, facsimile or documentaries and news papers. There is a SA uniform on the top floor, that is worth seeing. The shoes and rings exhibit was not there for us to see. We'll wait to go to the actual camps, to pay respect in situ.

Interesting museum and highly recommended to visit
Arranged chronologically and you need to devote a lot of time to the place, so consider at least two hours

It was very informative, but iv been to others that were better, most that I have been to have a volunteer surviver there to answer questions n guide tours. Most that i have been to gave more comparison for a better understanding of the horrible things that happened (for thoes who have learning disabilities like myself). It was a lovely memorial tho.

Tickets are free but expect to wait if you don’t get them in advance. Either way, they have other exhibits to see while you wait downstairs. A few of the exhibits were missing — most importantly the infamous room of shoes.
Beware of crowding! The exhibition is tight and packed with people who aren’t moving so expect to stand in one place for long periods. There’s some areas to sit but they were few and far between.

Excellent museum where part of the sad history of the Holocaust is shown and teaches us how important it is to preserve Peace and fight against authoritarian and criminal regimes in the world.

Very sad to see what happened to the Jewish people. It was eye opening and very educational. It should never be forgotten.

What can I say ...
Incredibly sad, and incredibly maddening to see man's inhumanity to man.
I'm glad to have it documented in such a respectful manner. I also liked how they showed that the inhumane treatment was also shown to non-jews too. Serbs, Homosexuals, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Polish ... all of them suffered.
Prepare yourself to be very somber afterward, but at the same time, it is critical that everybody see this so that it doesn't ever happen again.

Very informative museum about the holocaust. If you are someone who like/has to read everything at a museum, there is plenty to read here. The museum goes very in depth about the 1930s and the leadup to WW2, the concentration camps, the liberation and there is also a smaller exhibit about the children of the holocaust that will make you cry. Such a great museum to remember the people who perished and the survivors and how this cannot happen again.

This topic is very close to me, as I live close to KL Plaszow in Krakow...
People gave this fate to other people.
Never again!

It was very crowded when we went. Since people read at different speed; it took a while to get to each panel and read it.
There a lot of history here. Unfortunately the show room was removed when we went. Honestly it’s sad to see the most powerful representation of the holocaust removed. I really hope they put it back. Even with replica shoes.

Very beautiful museum but...lots of space for contemplation to the detriment of History.
