This is the most shambolic financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. For months now, I have been blocked from using my digital banking access on every single platform whether it’s on my laptop, my cell phone, or my desktop. They are seemingly incapable of helping me. And yet, if I’m late on my mortgage, I am the one who pays the price. This is a terrible institution and I plan to refinance my mortgage and all of my accounts as soon as possible. I would stay far away from them.

C.HU was the loan processor. They took 15 days and to process the loan. By the time loan was approved, 2 car with great deal was gone. Loan was for just for $34k. Extrememy difficult to communicate and slow

One of the worst client service in banks anywhere. No one picks up the phone, no one in the chats, days to answer an email. Forget about having an urgent need for a financial service, when even regular services like a simple bank transfer takes a lot of effort to get it done!!

I have had the most wonderful experience working with UNFCU. The loan officer that I worked with was an absolute rock star! Her name is Sylvia Setash. She is a total pro. If you are in need of a loan, get a hold of Sylvia. You can thank me later.

I wish I could give this zero stars. Horrible customer service. Opening an account is just challenging and full of bureaucracy, even if you have an excellent credit score and 100% on-time payments. They only will base their credit decisions on your credit history with them. You can get better credit cards, savings or checking accounts really easy and pain-less in other institutions in the market. GET AWAY FROM THIS FCU.

Honestly they don’t take care of you or your goals. They just don’t care. It costs money to get in and they make you jump through hoops like joining the United Nations association (costing you money) then a contribution fee (more money). Then they don’t really care or take care of you as a customer. I would skip this whole thing and go to any other bank, hands down!

Customer service is awful. I am locked out of my account and the representative asked me for my member number or account number. I didn't have either on me because I get online statements so Im not able to easily just grab the info (because its online) and the lady said that I need to have one of them. If I am willing to give you my social and all other verification information, why are you not able to help me. I have to find a new bank because this is beyond ridiculous.

Mehari in the Washington DC Branch assisted me to get a 30 year mortgage within 3 weeks at the lowest available interest rate nationally. The process was simple, pleasant and efficient. I could not have asked for more. 5 stars

Poor customer service! Beyond rude. I went to ask if I can get cashier's check. The woman told me must have an appointment. When I asked the next available appointment, she rudely said "I am BUSY, call and get an appointment" and walked off. I am never banking with them again.
