Good customer experience and were able to fix my Mac screen very quickly. The first replacement screen was defective but because of the 1yr warranty on repairs, they got me right back in for a full and complete fix very quickly. Two hours tops for my repair. Would use again.

I came in because my screen was cracked and they let me know it was just screen protector. Not expensive to change that out and they did it for me on the spot! I was in and out in 5 minutes!! So glad I went ;)

I took my computer to the location on 8th street SE Washington DC (Eastern Market) where I received excellent service. The evening before I was quoted $600 by the Apple store to replace my screen on my MacBoook Pro (and of course it was out of warranty) so I was upset at the cost. My husband recommended this store and we took my laptop there the very next afternoon where the service rep knew exactly what was wrong. They quoted me a price of $350.00 to replace the screen, which to me was much more reasonable. I needed my laptop back expeditiously as I am a Realtor and I use it for work! The store ordered the screen and the repair was complete Friday evening!!!
