They repeatedly send me unsolicited junk mail. I have no idea how I got on their mailing list, and attempts to be removed from their mailings has proven difficult.

Definitely do not recommend. Throughout the whole process, didn't feel like my realtor cared and was simply trying to make things as easy as possible to push the transaction through, regardless of my thoughts. My realtor also didn't want to put things in writing. This came back to bite me big time, as the house my realtor got for me has a ton of quality issues. I will end up having to rip out a lot of what was in my new purchase and redo it, solely because my realtor with TTR SIR didn't want to be bothered with actually caring about the customer. I addressed my concerns with their Broker, who has so far done nothing. They wouldn't even simply apologize for putting me in a situation where I have to redo things myself that came up during the house inspection. I will never work with TTR SIR realtors again and hope that they realize they have to actually make their customers feel like they matter.

They are focused on marketing, if Glass Door is to be believed, so they promote the brand, and my experience is that's about all you get.

Talk about top notch customer service! We worked with Jennifer Tugberk on our recent condo purchase (I believe she's in the Heider Group) and we really can't sing enough of her praises. Jen got us through the entire process and found us a unit OFF MARKET - we closed on the unit in less than a month. She really put in that extra effort into closing, which we didn't expect! From the get-go, she and her husband, Carl, made everything clear and straight forward as we began our search. Whenever we had a question, no matter the time of the day/night, Jen always responded and made us feel at ease. If you're in the market for a new realtor, we'd highly recommend Jen!
