This is the worst home depot on the planet. The paint department being the specifically worst part . The people who work in paint are so rude and mean and impatient they should immediately be fired. And then when you try to complain to a manager they are even worse. This Home Depot is over run with begging people in the parking lot, useless and incredibly rude associates and to top it all off, I asked for re-bar and they said they don't sell that...are you kidding?

This company along with Jeld-Wen is the worst combination to ever engage with. Do not ever buy a Jeld Wen door through Home Depot. We are going on one year with a faulty door and neither one of them will accept responsibility for the crappy job they did. Both parties screwed up and the customer is caught in the middle.

I was in need of cleaning products as I have mold and mildew in my home. The employees do not seem aware of what's going on. I had to ask multiple people which product was better. Sometimes as a home-maker, you have to do it yourself so I needed assistance from the employees but the employees are typically no where to be found. They also don't understand when you say you are visually and hearing impaired. So my suggestion is that Home Depot reviews its Accessibility policy to ensure all people have access to Home Depot! The employee was doing their best in self-checkout but overall, they need more employees in self check out based on what I experienced.

Parking lot was filthy but the cashiers were nice. I saw many employees walking around trying to assist but we knew what we needed. The outside is just a turn off. Inside you have the standard store.

Their installation team left my home with two electrical code violations and they refused to refund or address the matter, and gave me a total run around. I will never purchase from them again.

Wow. Came on a Monday night. A worker asked me if I needed help. He proceeded to try to help me, but then asked one of his coworkers to better help me find a solution to my home issue. Coworker helped me find what I needed, and then provided even more helpful information. I've been shopping at this Home Depot for over 10 years. Never once has an employee ever asked me if I needed help. Something is going on at this Home Depot. Is it a new manager? Why are all of the workers smiley and in a good mood? Why do the floors look so clean?Several years ago, I came in looking for a solution for a faucet issue. I asked an employee for help, and was borderline verbally abused for asking him such a dumb question. Today was different. Good job, Home Depot. Keep up the good work.

This Home Depot has been the worse one I've ever been in and I frequent a lot of Home Depot's in many cities. customer service terrible! Workers with attitudes, and so many workers just standing around converse setting amongst each other doing nothing. Do you need a real manager on duty to get this place in order?

An unnamed, undescribed employee at some point in the past 48 hours in tool rental ignored me standing directly in front of them at their desk for 10-15 minutes while taking what became apparent was a personal call on their cell phone. This is pretty amazing behavior, even for rental tool staff. They even continued the personal call for the duration of our exchange.By all rights this person should be fired for their willful uselessness. But perhaps that's not necessary.Perhaps he or she will read this, and decide they don't want to be a useless person.Perhaps they will turn their life around and actually perform their job's duties and actually contribute something to society in exchange for a paycheck, rather than wasting oxygen.Stay tuned; we'll see.

This Home Depot is disappointing. Staff are consistently rude. When I tried to grab someone's attention, they looked right at me and continued to walk away. I will never buy anything from this store especially with a Lowes right down the road.

I come here on my days off, which are in the middle of the week. There are always more employees in the store than customers, despite it being a huge space. I waited behind five or six customers to get keys made, only for the rude woman running the machine to tell me "we don't have that one" when I tried to get a copy made. When I was checking out, the cashier literally had her back turned to me, talking to another employee. I strongly recommend going to Annie's Hardware nearby instead. The store is much smaller but the people are very helpful and polite, and I've never had an issue with copying keys. Plus they sell bird feed, which for some reason this Home Depot does not.

Someone picked up the phone and put me on hold and never picked up the phone to answer my question about renting tools! I was on hold for 20 to 25 more mins I took another call and nobody came back! Terrible customer service not coming back to the phone. I young lady answer the phone I heard her voice.

I like Home Depot, but this location is more of a dump than a depot. I have decided to give up on this store after my last experience. I went into the store with a list of about 20 items. When I could not locate any cart (it was late at night, there were few customers there), I asked at customer service. "They've all be stolen." Stolen? Are they serious? How are people supposed to shop? Has this store never heard of cart locking systems to prevent theft. Once in the store... it's a mess. Stock is all over the place, packages are put in the wrong space. Because of this, I was directed by a neighbor to Loewe's. I was unaware they were in DC... Wow, I LOVED it... clean, great staff, and even shopping carts.
