Went in and they couldn’t figure out the cash register. Not sure what was happening because he didn’t really explain but I would say don’t come here unless you have cash.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, MY FRIEND CAME IN & BOUGHT A $25 “ELF Bar Vape” for me so she could not try it in the store, once it got to me I puffed it 3 times & it stopped working. I charged it and it still didn’t work. I called the shop & informed the MALE manager & his tone & response to me was very rude & nasty.

Owner very rude and disrespectful! And yes I’m BLACK and do believe that’s why. People don’t like to face the fact that we are living in a world where racism is very real and i felt it for the first time today in my own area! Will never go back here again!

They put out speakers on the sidewalk (OUTSIDE of their store) and it's blasting music at 11:30 PM on 4/11 (Tuesday night). I live in the building across and they do this every night. Will be bringing this up with the neighborhood association. Seeing other reviews here complaining about their presence. Really sad to see local businesses not care about their surroundings.

Owner won't return anything you purchase, even with a receipt. Owner said they would not a battery purchased for $45 dollars 2 days before and that he would "exchange". Although he does not a return policy clearly located in the store.

Very good with delivery too. I ordered from Tobacco King NW DC website and had no problems getting my Elf bar (mint).

In town for a single day for business and was nearby for lunch. My friends with me from Japan speak very little English so I was expecting to be translating. We found the tobacco liquid they were looking for in a few options. It was a nice surprise when the gentleman helping us used some Japanese and everyone was smiling. This was way beyond expectations. Thank you again for helping us.

Take a copy of your receipt!!!Whenever you buy from this store, please make sure that you get the copy of your receipt!!!I bought a product with a selling price of $ 25 but they charged me $83 and because I didn't take my receipt my dispute request from my bank is rejected.So please whenever you buy something please make sure that you take a copy of a receipt.

I bought 2 bottles of juice from them and although the package doesn't read expired, the juice is discolored and I can tell it's ancient. I'd go ask for my 40 dollars back if I lived in the area.

Today I bought a Voodoo Drag X and they didn’t tell me that it requires an expensive battery that they don’t even carry. I spent over $100 there and now I have to find the correct battery. Horrible service!!’
