Had a wonderful experience at the DC store. Was helped by Christin, who was exceptionally kind and professional. She helped me during the purchase and with a subsequent alteration. All around great experience!

I walked in and was greeted very nicely by the doorman. I didn’t catch his name, but the coordinator that assisted me, Natasha was superb! She was polite, personable, and really helped me with my choice. I just wanted to shout her out for being her thank you again. Natasha I will be coming back!!

While I did not buy anything the customer service was excellent throughout my shopping/browsing experience! Had very friendly interactions with almost all the staff including the door man!
