Fun place to cool off, albeit the signs say no wading, bathing, or swimming, lots of people still take a quick dip. We stop after afternoon Nationals games to cool down. Ice cream and restaurants closeby.

One of my favorite summer spots . Great shade , good foods , drinks , live music. A vibe. Disappointed today as the Sprinklers were off and the water was really dirty. I’m hoping it’s just a one off.?

Nice quiet place Nice quiet place to sit down For Rest or a quick meal Not a lot of Places to sit unless you like to sit on the grass only one small picnic table
Restrooms: No restrooms but many businesses you could probably use theirs within a 1 block walk
Picnic area: One small picnic table no other Park amenities none that I can see no restrooms by businesses close at hand no restrooms available but a few businesses are

Beautiful park along the Anacostia River. Features a variety of restaurants and walkways, albeit the wading pool was closed when I visited.
Picnic area: Various grassy areas to host picnics. Bring sunscreen and bug spray!

Peace and quiet even on a long weekend with beautiful weather. Comfy seats were great for me to put my feet up after a long bike ride. Love it! A new place where to come more often to escape the stress of the city without even getting out of it.

This is a great area to just hang out and relax by the water. There is few restaurants in the surrounding area and a Jubilee ice cream shop right on the corner. You are guaranteed to see people walking their dogs and people out for walks, biking or FaceTiming
