I was renewing my passport and needed a head shot and delivery to the passport processing center.UPS Store associate Mo ( i believe that was his name) was literally the best customer service i've ever received. he provided scissors, stapler and space to prepare my documents and i could not be happier with his service. he was the only associate in the store at the time i was there and had several customers in his service but he didn't crack under pressure. I will absolutely be using this store in the future if Mo is the standard. Thank you for all your help!

A big thank you to Courtney and the team at UPS Navy Yard. This is the best UPS. I have been to. I was shipping art and degree frames across the country and they 1) gave great advice 2) made sure everything was perfectly wrapped. My frames arrived quickly and in great shape.

I’m always in the Navy Yard store and whatever I need help with Courtney is always right there to help. She’s always pleasant even after she helps other customers who gave her a hard time. I love that she doesn’t let that stress out for the next guest. Her game face is always on and ready to work.

Workers were helpful and nice, but I shipped a $2k computer that arrived smashed and damaged. Fed Ex and USPS are much more reliable.Edit: Called the store today and the staff was rather rude when I asked about the claim for my smashed computer. They told me that I have to wait for what could be up to a year to be contacted about my claim. So, a smashed package, somewhat rude staff, and a potential year-long wait to be considered for reimbursement. Just hit up Fed Ex next time.

My five stars is specifically for Mo who appeared to be the only person working, with a line of 7+ customers. I watched him as he multitasked three different requests, while still remaining polite, professional and calm under pressure. This kind of customer service is not common in DC so I felt compelled to give credit where it was due.

Let me just say, if I could give 100 stars I would! Moe is the best!! He is incredibly professional and gets stuff done. He is extremely courteous, kind and efficient. I would travel in DC rush hour traffic just to go to his store. If there is anything you need, he is your guy! I cannot say enough positive things about him. Trust me, if you’re ready to rip your hair out and you feel like you have no where to turn, turn to Moe! He is the epitome of customer service. He treats his customers with respect and does it with a great attitude, accuracy and he is exceptionally intelligent. Moe is the man to get your package delivered on time and he is honest about the reality of delivery times and what is actually possible for your packages. I, literally, go to him every time without hesitation!

Do not go here. I went here last week to ship two packages that I sold on eBay. They charged me way too much (first red flag), the associate took a phone call in the middle of our transaction (second red flag), and best of all they ended up shipping the packages to the opposite addresses. I would not recommend.

Possibly the rudest customer service I've recieved in DC. The supervisor yesterday evening (6/27) was extremely patronizing, rude with the customers, waved her hands at customers to move them out of her way, yelled at her employees, etc. This woman needs to be fired.
