Don't bother if you need a Notary. The team at the store is unprofessional. Told me to "take up my problems with corporate" after I made a Notary appointment on a Saturday to be told that the notary doesn't work Saturdays. Made another appointment only to be told that the scheduling system was down and they did not get my reservation. Made a 3rd appointment and showed up at my scheduled time to be told that "you've made too many appointments and are banned from the store" - Very bizarre. Look elsewhere.

Do not go here for notary. The woman who is a notary here is abusing her license, is extremely unprofessional and must be seriously underpaid— and it shows. The first time I went in to get a notarization she lied and told us there was no notary service at the location. After calling a few days later and being assured the service existed, we went back to the store. We waited 30 mins in line and when we reached the counter she told us we’d have to wait until she attended everyone else because she didn’t want to get her things from the back. I will be reporting her to DC’s notary authorities as well.

Had to pick up some Amazon packages and thought I'd gotten everything, one of the employees ran me down like half a block away outside on one of the hottest days of the year to make sure I got another package. Way above and beyond expectations.

Will and Donita hands down are the absolute GOAT of customer service. Extremely friendly, goes above expectations to help the customer, and overall great attitude. They are the reason I choose this location for my shipping needs. Give them a raise!!

This is hands down the best UPS I have ever been to. Every single staff member is incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. I'm always amazed (as customer facing jobs can be tiring) because it is like this every single time - regardless of which staff are working. My only regret is that I don't have the names of the employees to give them a shout out.

So today I arrived exactly at 9am when the store open and the employee had just arrived to open the store. Then once I walked into the store, the employee stated that it would take 30mins for her to begin working because the computers needed to load. This is the worst UPS store ever!!
