We needed to ship multiple items, some oversized and bulky, over several days. Faith and Janiya were knowledgable, efficient and pleasant to deal with each time we were there. We also saw how professional they were with other customers. They are an asset to UPS.

A wonderful experience at UPS! The employee was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Even when I stepped back in to change my order, she was extremely accommodating. She also demonstrated a great skill for helping multiple customers. The whole process was smooth and easy!

We came in to get something notarized. We were told to step aside and they would get to us. She proceeded to take other customers who were mailing packages. Fine, except people kept coming in and getting in line to mail packages. So we waited... and waited ... and waited while she helped other customers who came in after us.
