Just started training with Eric and I’m loving it so far. He’s very knowledgeable about fitness and anatomy, and is adaptive to your individual needs. The energy at the gym is also fantastic, the music is great and everyone is friendly. Highly recommend! :)

This is, by far, the best gym I've ever worked out in. The people and staff are pleasant. Eric is the best trainer on earth!!! I really enjoy coming to work out. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. I look forward to working out everyday. I know that I will reach my goal.

I rarely leave reviews but when I do it's because I really feel the need to spread and give awareness to some of my favorite products and services. Fitness Factory's Personal Training is A1. Coach Eric is such a great trainer: knowledgeable, personable, certified, and motivational. I e cycled through trainers through the years and I can confidently say Eric is the truth. The gym itself has a very community type vibe which I enjoy, everyone is friendly. You won't have to second guess joint the gym and signing up. I'm already seeing changes in my body after 6 sessions.

I’ve been working out at the Fitness Factory, training with Eric, for almost 3 months. In that time, I have built muscle and made good progress on my journey to get fit and lose excess weight. Eric makes it fun and motivates me to keep pushing. I also appreciate that the gym is unpretentious, clean, has all the needed equipment, plays good music and has parking spaces in the rear. The Fitness Factory has been in the neighborhood for years and although I only recently started working out here, I keep learning about neighbors that have trained with Eric over the years or are current members. Feels like the sign of a great small business!

Training with Eric was a blast, I would highly recommend it. He’s great to have a conversation with, highly motivational. Extremely knowledgeable to boot.He’s the first trainer I’ve ever had, and I’m not disappointed. ( I’m not new to fitness either.)
