Stopped in a few days ago, because I love their shoes. Kelly was our salesperson and they went above and beyond for me and my daughter. They brought the style we asked for, and another that they thought would be a better fit…and they were right. My daughter “just wanted to check out the Chelsea boot” and Kelly picked up my wink that I was buying both the sandal and boot, and that I was going to surprise my daughter. They discreetly slayed the assignment. They made my daughter’s birthday day amazing, and the personal shopping experience was appreciated. They didn’t just drop the shoes to you and say “let me know if you need anything else”…they were with us the entire time. They knew exactly what would fit, and guided us on size. Thank you, Kelly!

This store was clean, organized, and all around super inviting! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming without being pushy or upfront, and Alex helped me pick out my first pair of docs giving me all the info and help I needed. It was honestly just a wonderful experience all around, great people and great store!!!

Normally I don't do reviews, but my experience at this Doc Martin's store was one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. (Sorry to name drop) Robert and his crew are some of the nicest folks I've ever bought something from at a big box store. They all go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of and satisfied with your boots. SHOP HERE!

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times and have had an amazing experience each time. Kelly is very sweet and helpful and they’ve been able to help me find exactly what I’m looking for ever time I’ve been here. My only complaint is the overhead lighting that can be a bit suffocating.

I was helped by Jocelyn. I tried on a few pairs but ultimately feel in love with the Jadon's. She even suggested a conditioning balm to assist with the break in process. Super satisfied and loving my boots.

Kelly was so amazing, fantastic and professional. i spent much time to found my first Dr.martens shoes and finally i got it. They are patience and always give me some suggestions. We used to get shows from Dr Martens online in the prior years. Similar to that we ordered a new pair (for $142) during the thanksgiving week of 2022 (11/25/2022). After the order placed here is what has happened.... 1. Received an email stating that the usual delivery of 7-10 business days would be delayed due to supply-demand 2. Did not receive any communication until Christmas 3. Followed up with multiple emails...no response (6 emails between end of Dec and Jan 16) 4. Tried to contact over phone in Jan 2023...the hold time is over 30min and hence could not talk until the 5th attempt on a weekday morning 5. The rep is telling me that the shoe was returned and they refunded the amount ($134) 6. Check my credit card and the $134 was refunded on 1/4...no communication, nothing until I called them. And the payment was $8 less.... 7. I had to call them again and ask for the remaining amount...I received $7 as a credit yesterday I did not receive my shoes I did not get my full money No communication from the company No response to my emails The wait time is over 30min on the phone The price is very expensive and no one in Dr Martens knows how to treat a customer.

Truly the best customer service I’ve at had a store in as long as I can remember. Helpful, knowledgeable, and just lovely (and funny!) people all around. Even during the holiday season. Wow. Come for the boots and stay for the fun banter. Gabby was a gem!
