I've lived here for over 2 years, and while I miss Latoya and Jared, Mia has been such a fesh breath of air. If i have any question or concern, I feel comfortable going to Mia because she really knows her stuff and has gotten even the smallest concerns resolved for me. On top of that, Mia has been amazing at hosting events, and I've felt more chances to get to know my neighbors because of her. For Mia, I'm so grateful because she makes Chase what it is.

2 year update:I still love my apartment and the staff, but the floors are cheaply made. Meaning I can hear the neighbor below me and other dogs in the building barking ALL the time. I’ve complained multiple times but unfortunately there’s not much that can be done. The staff was super friendly, organized and efficient (shout out to Jarrett and Oliver) as well as proactive to inquire if I had any questions or concerns. Appreciate that everything is new and all the natural light the unit brings in.

Mia did an AMAZING job giving me a tour of this property. She was personable, informative, friendly, and patient with all of my questions. She has definitely put The Chase at the top of my list for apartments. Fantastic job!!

Living in this apartment building has been such a delight, and I attribute much of that to the wonderful concierge (Jarred)and leasing agent team(Demarco)They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome, comfortable, and at home. The concierge team is always ready with a friendly smile, which makes coming home after a long day so much more pleasant. They are knowledgeable about the building and the area, so they're always able to provide helpful recommendations or information. Whether it's helping me with packages or answering a simple question , they always seem to know the right thing to do.Demarco has also been a tremendous help throughout my time here, exceeding my expectations at every turn. They were patient in answering all of my questions before I moved in, and did a thorough job of explaining everything I needed to know about the building and its amenities. During move-in, they coordinated all of the details flawlessly, making it a seamless and stress-free process.Overall, I highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming home. The concierge and leasing agent team are truly exceptional, and they make living here a real pleasure.

I recently got the chance to tour with Mia at this property. She was funny, answered all of my questions (even some I had but forgot to ask) and made the experience very welcoming. The concierge was also great and friendly. I’ll definitely be applying here based off of staff, amenities, and how beautiful the property is.

My son moved into The Chase about 1 month ago and we are pleased with the move and our decision to choose The Chase. Jonathan was extremely helpful and ensured that any issues were addressed timely. He reminded us of the guarantee The Chase offered if we were not satisfied, thus giving us the impression that he cared! The staffs were courteous and kind, meeting our needs as much as possible. Latoya is a gem! She always showed kindness and was there to help answering our questions, which we had many...lol. She even offered to be of assistance as needed since this was the first time we moved across the country and my son will be alone and far from family. Jarrett provided the same generosity and helped us navigated through the apartment/community as we learned where things were and how they worked. The apartment we chose were clean and met our expectations. There was a bit of noice from the Metrobar across the street but it was adressed. The close proximity to the Metro Red Line was also a plus. All in all, we are happy thus far with our decision to choose The Chase.

It is so difficult to get a tour or a timely response from folks. There is a lack of communication and they seem to be perpetually short staffed. Latest tours available are at 4PM and take over a week or more to schedule. This happened to me before about 18 months ago when I was looking to move and thought it might have been a one-off event. 18 months later, my experience has been the same. I permanently crossed this property off my list- lack of communication is a huge red flag.

I toured the Chase a few days ago and Mia was phenomenal. I walked in after a nearby complex canceled my tour and just wanted information about The Chase, but Mia took me on a whole tour and was so sweet and personable. The complex itself is gorgeous and in a great spot. It's important to me who I interact with when looking for an apartment and Mia did amazing.

I toured my apartment and the community today with my friends and we had an exceptional experience! The entire leasing and concierge team went above and beyond. They were so welcoming, accommodating and always had smiles on their faces. Huge shoutout to Demarco for the amazing and informative tour he provided me with. He was so hospitable, personable and welcoming. The amenities are truly wonderful and all common areas were kept so clean. I am also very excited to try out all the restaurants nearby, the location of the apartment is amazing. I would also like to give Mia and Jonathan a shoutout for helping me out too, they were wonderful. Really the entire leasing and concierge team deserves a shoutout for their exceptional hospitality, welcoming and friendly nature. I really look forward to moving in and calling this place my new home in a few weeks:)

This is a huge plug for the leasing team, specifically Mia and Jonathan. I walked in, no appointment and was accommodated so effortlessly and professionally. Johnathan is an absolute professional and I had no clue Mia had literally just started working there.I think you'd struggle to find fault with the leasing team. Take a tour, apply and enjoy life at this wonderful community.

Update: There may be better options if you are looking for a quiet place. Loud music and shouting between tenants and their guests at late hours, loud music playing throughout the evening and way past midnight from the neighboring bar, and barking dogs (granted, it is an apartment that allows dogs) can all be a bit much.Where are the other stars, if there were more, I would give it :)The Chase at Bryant St apartment is simply amazing, with a wonderful leasing and concierge team who are meticulous, genuinely considerate, and kind who made my move-in experience feel seamless and my stay enjoyable. Both the unit and the common spaces have a chic and contemporary look. The common spaces are kept in top shape with a fresh scent which makes returning home a delight. I am yet to fully explore the various amenities that all look great, especially the gym, yes, soon.I strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a new place to call their home.

I did a tour today with Jonathon Colon. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The property is gorgeous. He made sure I knew about all history of the building, but also all the up incoming projects. The grounds have many amenities. Thank you Jonathon for such a nice tour!

This is a really nice building. Amenities are awesome, the staff are very friendly and maintenance is very responsive. Easily accessible to the metro. My only dislike with this building is if you live on a lower level you can hear every step the person above you makes. Very very annoying. Not sure if it’s how the building was built or just the persons above me are heavy footers.

Disclaimer: This is my candid experience and review of this apartment complex.I was genuinely overjoyed to move here when I learned about the Chase at Bryant St. After I toured, I was even more confident of my decision and signed a longer lease than anticipated. However, after the first 90 days, I realized minor inconveniences that damaged my experience living at the Chase. Here are a few examples:- My breaker in my apartment started to smoke, and all my power went out. I had to evacuate my unit and demand maintenance to resolve the issues immediately. It then became maintenance, making multiple holes in my apartment walls and rewiring the circuits at least twice. I was neither compensated nor did anyone from leasing speak with me directly.- The smoking in building 680 is out of control. I can smell it through my unit vents, and it takes over any candle I light to deter the smell.- One time, I had an emergency and left my key for my sister with the concierge so she could walk my puppy. However, we had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to return to the desk to give her the key. I called numerous times to the point that a resident answered the concierge desk phone and told me they would find someone for me. By the time she got upstairs, my puppy had already used the bathroom within my apartment. At this point, I have decided to break my lease and move out early (which is far from cheap), and I have not been offered any compensation or living incentives. I also still need help receiving my move-out cost from management. I am unsure if I can afford to move out, but I know I can't afford to keep living here.
