Make sure you UBER TO THE STORE DONT PARK. Or just don’t go at all. Not sure why they’d lie by putting up a sign saying you can park when you can’t. Hope they got their moneys worth. They have a sign by their parking garage saying that customers can park for free for one hour, but that is completely false. I parked last week for 15 minutes but I just received an $85 fine in the mail. Management needs to get their act together.

Avoid. Scam parking system will penalize you with mailed threats from private bottom feeding parking company if you don’t download an app and pay to shop at this garbage store even though it’s not marked and no gates. disgusting.

Be careful with their new predatory parking set up. They removed the barrier to get out, and replaced it was just a QR code around the garage, expecting customers to notice the change "because we expect drivers to be conscientious" as they told me over the phone. My wife went there last week and didn't notice the signs, because who would expect this system when it's newly installed, and thus outside of past expectations. OK, seems like a gotcha game to me, and you got us, but a $55 penalty? That doesn't seem like a reasonably constructed liquidated damages clause to me.

This place was fine, but the building owner changed the parking payment system. Now there is no safe way to get the 1 hour free parking and they send you $85 parking violation tickets with legal and collections threats. Don’t bother with this location. Go somewhere else.

Parking garage rules, fees, and system make no sense. Confusing and weird.

SCAM You all better change your parking company or loss customers. There is no where to park other than the garage. Then you go in the garage with no arm barrier, no ticket to take, and no meter to track the amount of time you are there. Making it seem as if there is no fee to park. Which makes sense because this is Target, why would I have to pay to park.
Whatever signs are in tiny writing, especially for drivers. Then they take a picture of your tag and try to fine you up to $125 saying you failed to pay. There isn't even a pay machine anywhere in the garage. Im told that the only way to pay is via an app. WHAT IF I WAS ELDERLY?! This a money hungry trap and scheme to get your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The Target experience was normal for Target but this review is for the associated parking garage operated by Vanguard.
TL/DR: The garage parking is now operating as a scam to get extra money from people without clear instructions, tickets to enter the garage, or meters. You will be overcharged or receive a ticket for at least $50-$100 in the mail for "unpaid parking" later. Park elsewhere or visit another Target until the parking is fixed.
Full review:
The parking garage either recently changed owners/operators or just changed methods. Previously there was a gate that involved taking a ticket but that has changed in the last several weeks. Now there is no gate, no meter, and no way to track the amount of time you have been in the garage. Essentially, you now have to guess the amount of time you are in the garage and if you are there 1 minute past the free 1 hour without knowing for sure, you will receive a notice in the mail that you now owe $85 dollars. The trick is that you can prepay to be in the garage BUT you will no longer get the 1 hour free associated with shopping at Target. There are multiple parking apps that you can use that all show DIFFERENT prices for parking in the garage. I spoke with people who worked at Target who also expressed their frustration with the new process. My recommendation is to park elsewhere where there are clear parking instructions or to visit another Target altogether until the parking is fixed.

Terrible mess in the women's clothes section, very little stock and even worse with the selection of sizes. I may like the snacks, but I wasn't impressed either. One of the worst targets I've ever seen in my life. Compared to other states, e.g. California, where it is an almost luxury store, there is a problem at every step. WHY DO YOU NOT SUPPORT INTERNATIONAL CARDS? The cashier asked if I had any money ??? it was quite awkward and inappropriate, since Europein VISA is not supported by your checkout.

I like to visit this target since it’s so close to my home, but it frequently doesn’t have what I need which can be a bummer. But it’s usually clean and quiet and pleasant. I’ve stopped going recently though because there is a man who works there (I assume in the electronics?) who makes me uncomfortable. He never is dressed like a Target employee, and he awkwardly asks about my cell phone provider in random areas of the store - today I was in the TOY section. When told we’re not interested he becomes combative and tries to convince me to continue the interaction so I ended up having to walk away to get away from him. His demeanor and client service skills are severely lacking, and It’s off putting that he’s not dressed like an employee, and it’s made visiting this target uncomfortable.

The power was out in our neighborhood for a few hours so we took the entire family to this target. And it was awesome! The store is clean, has everything, and you can kill a lot of time buying stuff you “need” and then stuff for the house too.
