The staff at the Chevy Chase location were by far the best customer service interface I have ever had with a cell phone service provider. I highly recommend this location because of them.

Younathan and Gianni were incredibly helpful. They made the whole experience switching from another carrier to T-Mobile seamless. I was impressed with their patience and attention.

Hi I was attended to by Kevin, he was nice, explained everything to me, patient, even waited after 7pm to be sure I am satisified with the service. Also reminded me that I am not locked in so I can cancel the service if I am not satisfied. I like his honesty, patience and humility. He is a great guy and I will stay with T mobile because of him.

Instead of helping me with a new phone this guy took calls and barely even answered my questions. Then he called ME rude. Kevin you need to take some lessons in customer service.Thanks for confirming my decision to leave T mobil

Dwayne the assistant manager was great. Their help at the store was efficient and when faced with a problem they were able to circumvent any issues.

I had a great experience working with Dwayne Gulley. His level of professionalism was the best I’ve experienced in my 8 years of being with TMobile. He was extremely helpful and made it his priority to help me and make sure everything was good. He even followed up a few days later. Thank you!

Hi I had some issues with a new phone I ordered along with 2 lines plus an upgrade so frustrated I went to a T-Mobile store in Bethesda MD to get some help resolve the problem cuz my order was about to get cancelled if I didn’t eSign and submitted my order today. Dwayne was awesome he welcomed me with almost professionalism and knew exactly what to do and how to do it in order to put me at ease and I was very happy and satisfied leaving the store. He was courteous cool knowledgeable and professional. That’s all every customers are looking for. Can’t go wrong with a Dwayne type of customer service. Definitely recommendable.

Was given incorrect information by two of the staff. Had to make repeated trips to the store to resolve issues. Overall, a horrible experience.

The staff here is very easy to work with and really dedicated to having you leave happily. I upgraded my Mom’s phone at this store and they were very flexible in discussing options.

I had just recently lost communication with my phone so I went to T-mobile store in Chevy-Chase to inquire about the problem and possibly get a new phone and I was just lucky to meet someone like Dwayne, he was very professional, patient and very helpful even to the point of spending some of his own time after his regular hours to make sure I get all I needed and even fixed my old phone. Dwayne is exceptional.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from manager Dwayne Gulley and sales rep Rriel Goodman. I had to replace phones for my parents - both in their 90's with poor eyesight. Dwayne greeted us the second we walked in the store, heard what we needed, and immediately steered us to big-screen phones at a great price. Two minutes later Rriel was transferring my parents' SIM cards, contacts, emails, etc. She also put on the screen protectors and phone cases and changed the settings to maximize font size and contrast so my parents could see things more clearly. It took all of ten minutes. She was cheerful and efficient and extremely capable - hands flying from phone to computer to phone and back again. And she made sure when we walked out everything was exactly the way my dad wanted it. Absolutely outstanding service! Thank you, Rriel and Dwayne!

Updated my IOS and was suddenly unable to make and receive calls and SMS. Spent hours with support online with no luck. I finally gave up and walked into this store and Micah G. confidently performed his magic and had me back in business within 10 minutes. Next time, I'll just go straight to the store.

t-Mobile is the only reliable service for me if I'm traveling overseas, which is important this year. I also wanted an Apple Watch and so that limited the servers that I could have. That said, I am definitely not impressed with T-Mobile so far. It took me a trip to the store, a callback to the store, and three phone calls directly to 611 to get both my phone and the watch working properly, and, the coverage does not seem to be nearly as good as consumer cellular, which is what I had before (Unfortunately, they did not have an international rate). The people in the store were very nice, and the people at the call center are nice, although they are clearly not within the United States, since one of them did not realize that Massachusetts was not international.
