I got a new phone here and was told a certain amount my bill would be, I later got a monthly bill for $170!!!! They tried to charge me for an apple watch, i dont even have! along with any charge they could put on there.... Check your account if you ever go to this location!!!!After getting off the phone with T mobile i found out there is no one "in charge" at this location....smh its a whole mess

I'm here right now they open at 11:00 and it's 11:08 the guy was late I had a question and he just shut the door in my face. I just went up again it's 11:12 and asked can I come in and he said they're not open give them 15 minutes, mind you they're supposed to be open at 11:00.

Awful customer service. Store was empty, two employees blasting music on their phone and eating. They seemed bothered to even help me. Refused to help with me dropping off my phones (I did two trade ins over the phone and was told to drop the trade ins to a tmobile store). The guy said they dont have shipping boxes sitting around. Then I tried to get two screen protectors for the devices and was told they didnt have any. I left without getting anything. Once home, I called Tmobile customer service. They said that the customer service I received in store was awful. They in fact should have accepted the trade in devices and also offered to order the screen protectors.

I walked in the T-Mobile store today and Ms. Ruby present and acknowledgement of my entry was on target. She was so attentive and patient and so helpful to me. She was able to get my phone activated with know problem her knowledge of services and product is great. I will be back to get my phone protector and case. God bless you Ruby keep that beautiful personality and professionalism. Have a beautiful and blessed day. Thank you T-Mobile and Ruby for my wonderful customer service experiences.

Horrible told me I had to go to 2 different locations to see about getting a new phone because I had sprint even though we joined t mobile he told me I had to switch over to t mobile and get a new plan even though sprint merged with t mobile I have Sim cards that have t mobile service you get better service at the Fort Totten location

I went to this location for something very simple and that was to get my monthly statement printed out. And they said they aren’t able to print out my bill. Very bad customer service.
