The reason for the 1 start is to nod the other associate who didn’t help me but at least greeted me when I walked into the store, he was the only nice interaction I had in the store.I arrived at 9:20 am right after they opened the store, and there was only one other customer in the store. I waited for an associate to assist me, however she was too busy taking a personal phone call and checking her personal cellphone for text and social media. She didn’t even respond when I said good morning and was staring down at her phone the entire interaction I had with her. I couldn’t even see her name tags because of this. After I told her my phone was having issues and I was looking for a replacement, she found out that I wasn’t an authorized user on my family plan so I couldn’t make changes myself. Which is fine, however I had asked if she could tell me options for purchasing a new phone so once my mom made the on the account I would know which phone I’d like to purchase. She never even responded to this request as she was on her phone and repeated that no changes could be made to the account without her authorization. The entire time she was texting while she said this and didn’t even look up at me. In the past when this issue has come up, at least they could provide some advice on which phone to purchase or at least some information on how and where I can get my phone fixed so when the authorization went through I’d know how to proceed. However I received none of that, nor a goodbye or thanks for coming in. Due to her neglect and preoccupation with her personal cellular device it took her 15 minutes to assist me by listening to my 15 sec explanation and type in my phone number to look up my account and thus refuse to serve me. Which is far too much time for such limited interaction. I had to repeat my phone number to her 5 times since she couldn’t stop going on her personal cell phone throughout our interaction.If you can avoid the woman with the locs that works morning shifts on Wednesdays, please do. I wouldn’t even stoop to call what she offered service. Worst interaction I’ve had at T mobile ever. Just cuz you sell phones doesn’t mean that you should be in your phone throughout your entire shift.

I wasn't happy about the customer service at all. Can't say I won't go back but I'll probably not go back to that one. I felt like the young lady was more concerned about not helping than helping. She was terrible. It was like I'm not even going to look into this Went twice for the same thing and the same little young girl. I hate T-Mobile for real because the customer service is so darn bad. But I only pay $35 a month. Hope it's not going to that store. Because their service was terrible and the people don't care if you leave mad twice or not. Buy the inexpensive service but don't ever go to this store.

Angel went out of her way to help me, she was so nice. It was late and I’m pretty sure she was ready to go but she never displayed it and made calls just to help me out at closing time. It’s very refreshing to see good customer service. Keep it up Angel. I will come back to this location again.

Omg ! Nicholas was amazing! I switched from boost to T-Mobile and he made my time so much worth the wait ! He accompanied my budget and helped me gain a iPhone that I’m in love with ! ❤️ I’d recommend him 10/10 if you ever stop pass T-Mobile on h street !

I went to T-Mobile to troubleshoot an issue and Nick was te first to acknowledge and assist me. He is wonderful. I truly appreciate his knowledge and help with my matter.

I just rushed to catch this store while open. But they decided to close 40 mons early and all we wanted were 2 Case Mates. Easy sell... I won't be returning.And they're not supposed to close until 8:00 pm

Nick was great! He helped and my significant other get a great phone plan and in the most convenient and efficient way possible. Best customer service I’ve had there so far. Definitely will come back!

after experiencing technical issues with my phone for the last 48hrs, i felt defeated and thought i would have to do a master reset, losing all of my sentimental items. however, after doing research, i read reviews about nick being so helpful and kind at this particular location that i came specifically to see him! to my luck, he was the first one to greet and assist me! he assured me that the problem could be fixed and he did just that, i’m so happy. please go see nick - he’s awesome and is very knowledgeable!

T-Mobile helps out a lot when it comes to communication between customers and customer service representation. They have helped me several times and they have committed to their standards. Sometimes they are complicated with pricing but I try to stay connected the best way possible when it comes to spending my money with T-Mobile. They are a good cell phone Provider and they just need to come down a bit on pricing and their taxes with fees?

Super simple review. Absolutely do not go to this location. They don't care about you. Couldn't do a simple return request for their company. Couldn't print out the shipping label for their company. I only give kudos to the first woman who attempted to help. The other just decided leaning so far against the table she might as well lay down and take a nap.
