We visited this store in 2022 and added an Apple Watch to our plan. We ended up with two extra equipment lines on our bill which went unnoticed at first. When this error was discovered, I contacted T-Mobile who refused to refund me the full amount of money. We finally resolved the issue, but T-Mobile took us for $170. Be careful here. Pay attention to your bill. They will add line items to your bill for equipment and services that you've never received.

Wait time for service is absolutely horrendous. I’m simply here to replace my screen protector because insurance covers it, and I’ve been sitting for almost 30 minutes for what’s supposed to be an in-and-out exchange.Edit: Although the wait time was pretty bad, customer service made up for it. Personnel was multitasking and he obviously was very stressed. Management should consider increasing staff during busiest hours like other locations have.

business sales fraud.shutdown service without notice but charges bills during the promotion time (should charge from gift card)611 only the same indian females answer calls.no emails to contact, or never reply any emails.whatever they talked on the phone, they do not follow up.All their strategy is focusing on wasting your time and money.not the company as before.

I was a little skeptical coming into this store after reading all the reviews, but I also deal with customer service and I've learned to never judge until knowing for yourself. I was coming in for an upgrade. I was greeted once I came in, there was a little wait, but all the staff was assisting customers. Mando was the young man that assisted me. He was extremely nice and answered all my questions. He informed me the process was going to take a while, which was perfectly fine. I appreciated him for letting me know and respecting my time. Unfortunately, my phone was back ordered but he provided me the reference number to my order. I was able to get my moms phone upgraded and he was nice enough to put it all together with the accessories. All the staff was very nice and helpful. I will absolutely be returning if needed and I recommend anyone to come to this store.
