Staff are not helpful. They just do their best not to help and wait for you to leave the store. I got a SIM, but the internet is awful. Almost I don't have internet at all. I can not even search in the maps. But the stuff is not helpful. They just say go today and come back tomorrow if it is not fixed automatically!

I was in this location a few weeks ago and had an overwhelmingly poor customer service experience. I was pushing someone in a wheelchair and there weren’t accessible doors, so another customer came to my aid and held the door. Since we were the only other customers in the store, we got immediate assistance when I approached the available customer service rep. I needed to replace my screen protector on my phone and have done this multiple times in the past at other T-Mobile locations. There was an issue on my account where a phone that I never owned was listed as my phone. I showed her on my T-Mobile account on my phone where the correct phone model was listed and explained to her that there should be notes on my account because the error had been corrected previously and notated on my account so that it wouldn’t be an issue when I came back in (and it never was, no matter which T-Mobile store I went to). She told me that it was an issue for the customer service phone line and that I should call them because she couldn’t help me. She didn’t wait for me to respond, she just took out her phone and went back to playing on it. So I left, struggling to push someone in a wheelchair out of the store. It’s important to note that there were no other customers in the store at this point, but neither employee offered to hold the door or help in any way. Not that that’s a requirement by any means, but it would have been good customer service. I won’t have to go back to this store or any other T-Mobile because I have since switched my service to Verizon because of the experience I had in this store.

I am so so super happy with this location while coming across two young professional ladies named of Lisa and Brittany. They should get a rise ASAP due to great customer service! They’re very helpful .. I am looking forward to them in the future !!! 5+ star rating !!!

Well, I would say this is the best T-mobile location I've been so far. The location is good and clean.The staff is respectful and helpful 10/10I got help immediately and the guy even showed me everything he was doing on his end to complete my task. Wonderful 10/10

I normally don't like (actually despise) going to Tmobile in the city, but I was close and needed some assistance. Alyssia made my entire visit so wonderful. She listened to what I needed and gave all the best possible options and ensured that I knew the difference in the options. Her attention to detail and politeness were a great breath of fresh air in a rocky day I was having. I thought I was annoying her by asking indepth questions about the options, but she reassured amd showed that she didn't mind at all. This young lady definitely deserves a raise. Her spirit was genuine and her service was beyond that of most I've received. I used to work for Tmobile a long (long) time ago so I know the difficulty but she is WONDERFUL ? ? ?

I had left my phone charger at work which was unfortunately not good since it was the weekend. I went to this location downtown which was able to provide me with a proper charger cord at a reasonable price. I was very happy.

On Sunday July 30, I called in and spoke with Lisa about a privacy screen replacement. As soon as I got in the store Lisa and Josh took care of me. I will definitely be back to this store. I did notice every customer that walked thur the door was greeted. I have been in a few T-Mobile store and the customer service is not great at all. DC Gallery Place T-Mobile

Today, my experience with Joshua was amazing to say the least. He was very attentive patient and was able to properly explain in detail what was needed to get my device up and working. We transferred information seamlessly and in over 20 years of being with T Mobile I’ve never experienced such peace pleasant experience when visiting an actual store location.
