Chapagetti Farm sells red pepper paste, super red pepper paste, and farm kimchi, but there are a lot of them, but the price per gram is similar to Trader's Cho, so it's enough for fatty beef (my taste).

Prices higher than at a wholesale market and they also have prices written down that are not taken into account at the checkout. I was attentive and noticed that an item was more expensive than advertised. I then received it a little cheaper but not at the cheaper advertised price! Also, no apologies from the cashier!
Since there isn't a better alternative in the area, you can definitely go shopping here.

They keep their juice/cut fruit fridge—like all streets—at so high a temp that the products are often spoiled. Should really have better refrigeration. It’s like shopping in Colombia, you can’t trust the product won’t be spoiled.

Great little neighborhood market in Adams Morgan, convenient to the Washington Hilton. Good selection of ready to eat items and local craft beers.

This was my go to market, but after realizing how bad the customer service is I’m going somewhere else. I had a hard time finding an item, the staff were talking among each other not just that I was in an urge to use the bathroom. I asked the cashier if I could us it, she said no without sympathy. I felt, humiliated as I couldn’t hold my pee anymore.

I just bought two trays of chicken breast and one of bone-in thigh, the tray of chicken bone in thigh was disastrous, the legs full of chicken feathers, I do not recommend buying chicken legs at street market (1864 Columbia road)

Love Streets! I am currently very pregnant and the manager insisted on helping me carry my things to the car. She was so lovely and I was very touched by how thoughtful she was today!
